They left the circuit breaker off and all the food in fridge spoiled. They took a long lunch and still charged me for 5 & a half hours. They left in a hurry before I could get back downstairs, I left my laptop on the 2nd floor and I was on 3rd floor, when I got back down there my laptop was missing and they were gone. Two dates they came and did work was 5/2/16. I asked the woman in the office about my laptop and she asked if I had "proof" that they took it. She also explained that they work under a man with a license they aren't specifically licensed themselves, there was no supervisor there.

I was very pleased with Pace Electrical. It was easy to set up an appt, the techs arrived on time and were very pleasant, courteous and professional. They replaced our outdated bathroom light fixtures for 2 bathrooms as well as the old style halogen motion lights in the backyard. A month later, I had them to return to examine/repair the oven range hood, driveway alarm and dining room chandelier which were not working properly. They arrived on time, cheerfully completed the work then explained the repair in basic language to me. The costs were very reasonable and I will definitely use them again. I refer them to e dry one for electrical/lighting services.

I am a landlord and a section of electrical outlets were not working for my tenant. When I first talked with Pace they were very friendly and I said I wanted an estimate prior to them working on anything. The gentleman took the address and information and coordinated with my tenant on a time. Prior to hanging up the gentleman also made sure he understood that I wanted to be called with an estimate for the work and prior to fixing the problem. He also made sure I understood that it was $85 for a service call to begin with plus what needs to be fixed.
A couple days later they called me back with information on what was wrong and an estimate on the cost of fixing it. I told them to go ahead with the repair.

Every representative were very nice people and enjoyable to work with. If I have electrical work done again then I will use them.

First, when the stove was moved in for installation, the recepticle the first crew from Pace had installed was for a dryer not a stove. Pace sent another crew out to fix it. The undercounter light was installed correctly. The third crew (in one day) messed with the flourescent but didn't seem to know how to fix it. They installed a new bulb (which did not match the other in color).but did not replace the ballast. The fixture goes on an off intermittantly and has never worked properly. I did not call them back. The crews that were sent out seemed young and very inexperienced. I don't think any of them were over 20 years old.

Two friendly contractors showed up on time, then we walked through to each area where they would do the work, they repeated the instructions back to me then got to work. It was pretty fast.

They worked properly. They were very clean and they came on time. They worked in a timely manner.
