Small, Local, General Residential construction company, specializing in existing structure renovations. We generally run one 2-3 man crew, depending on requirements of the job. No job will be sub-contracted to any other party. Billing will generally be done in two stages, with monies necessary for materials being provided up front while the bill for labor will be delivered upon satisfaction of the contract.
