About three weeks after we had agreed on the work to be done I called Grant and asked him what was the hold up. He said he had planned to do them recently but then gotten distracted. He offered to work on it the next week. We accepted his offer. The next week went by and at the end of it I called again. He said he would come over on Saturday or perhaps Sunday. I asked him to come on Saturday and he did. He finished the work he had contracted to do. A few days later we asked him to come out and fix the problems we were having with the screen doors he had installed and with one of the screen doors he had modified. He did. We are satisfied with his work and the price. We would hire him to do more work if he had time, which he doesn't.

It went great. He went as far as he could; took the old stuff off and cut the new board on. He did a good job. There was some miscommunication; I didn't realize the way that Angie's List instruction, I thought I will wait for him to contact me or he will wait for me to contact him because I don't think he had used it before but eventually we got hooked up.

On all the tasks that I required he was very professional and well informed. His demener was always pleasant and was willing to do additional tasks without hesitation. He works in a very clean manner and leaves the areas of work completely cleaned. He was always prompt on his arrivals.

Obviously, since we have been working with Grant for over 12 years, we are very pleased with his work. He is reliable, efficient and trustworthy(he has done work in the house when we have not been home). He does quality work at a reasonable cost.
