Edward was friendly and patient, very thorough in his inspection, and made a list of things to show me for my own awareness. His report was typed and sent to me less than 24 hours after the inspection and included excellent photographs to back up any statements he made.

I hired this company to do an inspection on a home that I am buying while I am still located out-of-state. Edward and I spoke in advance about the level of detail that I wanted him to include so he wouldn't overlook items that may be deemed as just cosmetic but that may prove bothersome for me to address after relocating.
