Great. Did work with efficiency, thoroughness, explained the process, very friendly and knowledgeable. Have yearly contract with them and each time they come they are very thorough and efficient. Best company compared to what I had an what my neighbors have, I could tell you stories about these bigger companies who do all this great advertising but perform just the opposite.

Their office is in Pooler, but they service Savannah. I'm paying $32 a month. They get here when they are supposed to be here. If I have a problem they take care of it. They are very polite, very professional and on time. I've been a customer of theirs for 10 years and would continue to use them in the future.

James Sullivan came out to do the inspection. He was there when I got there (and I was about 5 minutes early). He did a very thorough examination of the entire house. He used a soft hammer and a light and searched every single wall and baseboard thoroughly. I was very impressed with how complete his inspection was. He spent about 2 hours inspecting a 1700 sf house. He explained to me where termites come from, what to look for, what to do to discourage them, etc. He was really knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. I was really pleased with the appointment.
