Ridgeway came to inspect a water spot on our kitchen ceiling. The plumber looked at the spot and said it was most likely a leak from the shower upstairs. He inspected the shower and determined it was a leak from the tile in the shower. He said that we needed to call a tile and grout specialist and he charged us for the visit. We called another plumber (Mr. Rooter) and they came and cut out the drywall in the ceiling and found a leaking pipe and replaced it! I called Ridgeway to complain about their service and they are issuing me a refund and gave a full apology and explanation and a discount on a future project. Excellent customer service.

Company called right away. Came out and gave me a very fair quote to replace our water line from the meter to the house. They came the next day and completed the job and did not tear up our front yard at all. I highly recommend them.

Ridgeway Mechanical did a good job in replacing my water main from the meter to the house. The price was excellent and the job was pretty quick with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend them for replacing your water main. I didn't see any quotes that even came close to the warranty!
