Walter and his sons did an outstanding job of making our house look good. This is a rental home for us and we are not local. Walter took the time to send us before pictures as well as many pictures along the way and of course, the final product. Walter and his sons worked well with the schedule of our tenant and also communicated well with us. Both Walter and his wife, Jane were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Our neighbor emailed us to say the house looked great. Again, since we were not local, we felt Walter and his sons treated the house as their own and took pride in the final product. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future for any home improvement projects that we cannot do ourselves.

Mr. Rodriguez and his sons did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional and extremely customer driven. We had a small issue after the job was completed and Mr. Rodriguez came right out and corrected the issue. I would recommend this Company for any painting needs.

Walter and his sons were fantastic! They were so patient with us when we were trying to decide what colors to use. They did quality work and were always here when they said they would be. Walter has even come back after we had a new roof put on to do touch up. We will definitely use them again when the time comes. Highly recommended.

It was a relief to work with a contractor who delivered services exactly as agreed to without any hassle. The owner and his two sons did the work. His sons were equally professional and courteous. Their service was perfect! We found Precision Painting on Angie's List, then realized two of our friends had recommended them many months ago. Walter and his sons are the most professional and responsible paint contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I found Precision Painting, Inc. on Angie's List and hired them due to their excellent reviews. The reviews didn't lie. Walter and his two sons are extremely professional painters.
The first job they did for us was painting the exterior of our house. They power washed, repaired boards, caulked and gave us a great paint job. In addition, they painted the trim to match perfectly. They also painted the front door and garage lights to match.
My wife and I were so happy with the exterior job, that we asked them back to paint the interior of our house. This included painting the kitchen, dining room, living room with patterned cathedral ceiling, foyer, and bedroom hallway. They also painted our concrete patio. I mention this because they are experts in painting all surfaces.
When I say they are neat, that doesn't begin to describe their work. Before they removed our wall hangings and furniture to protect them, they took photos of the walls and rooms in order to put everything back in the right place. And I can't find one drop of paint where it doesn't belong.
When they performed the interior work, we had to go out of town for most of that week. They opened up the house in the morning, locked it at night and were finished by the time we got back. they treated our house as if it were theirs. This is a company that takes great pride in its product.
Their prices are reasonable and their discount is real. I found this out when I agreed on a price with them but forgot to mention the discount. I was pleasantly surprised to find it on the final bill.

Excellent. He replied to my request for a bid within 1 day. He completed the work within 1 week after being selected for the job, 1.5 days before the deadline. His bid was very competitive. I was out of town when he completed the job, but our neighbor (who is picky) said he did a very fine job. Walter also sent pictures of the finished job so I could review the finished job. He has a family operation that got the job done very well within the schedule. He charged what he quoted for the job.
