It went okay. I had to have them come back. A few weeks later, we had a heavy rain so I needed them here. They charged me a little bit more because they said I had some issues with my gutter. Clearly they didn't clean the gutters because it wouldn't be overflowing a week later. They did come back but the person who was sent out initially didn't do his job.

John called in the middle of the company provided time window, and showed up 10 minutes later. John and Stephen worked for almost an hour to clear the gutters. Then they picked up the leaves and used a blower to clean up the yard. They did fast and professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend Window Genie for this service.

Had purchased a discount voucher through Angies List in October 2014. but had forgotten to use it. The company, as stated in the conditions, would not honor the discount but use the value of the voucher as credit towards regular service. We knew that so that was my own fault. The company was busy so it was hard to get an appointment quickly but there were ready and on time at the appointment date a few weeks later. The cleaning of the windows was done to my expectations and the representative did a good job. During the process a window blind got destroyed. I had a friend let them in as i was not home. The rep both told my friend about it and left a note for us with his name. When i called window geenie, they offered to replace the blind without any hassle. I eventually desided to do it myself, but kudos for offering.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and did the work as expected. The gutters work fine now. They were right on time.

They arrived on time. They got the job done in a timely manner. Some of the corners were not completely clean.

Did an excellent job cleaning all the gutters.  The only issue was getting in touch with them to schedule the service.

I was not home when they did this.  I saw a small amount of pinestraw on the ground, but I don't really think there was much up there but have no way of  knowing. I would have given them all A's, but they left me no note as to what they found.  I would have liked to know how much they had to do just to give me an idea of the bad areas for next time.

It was about $300 - $400. They do a really good job. They're upfront and honest. They're fast and they know what they're doing. The other thing was $2000. They were great. They were fast and efficient. They really knew their product and they knew how to install it.

The contact at the company was EXTREMELY rude to me. She was very short with me on the phone and acted like she didn?t have time to answer the question that I have. I had a hard time understanding the surcharge that she mentioned for coming to my neighborhood. She decided to respond to that by telling me to call Angie?s list and then hanging up on me.

The gutters are again in need of cleaning. We used a different company last year and the gutters were fine for the year. Will definitely not use this company again.
