The salesman had said that the workers would "wipe the sills" during the regular window wash. When I saw that the workers were not doing any wiping, I had them call the salesman and then had to purchase the sill cleaning in order to get them to wipe the sills.

Service was immediate; communication was great. They had a glitch of some sort and were unable to finish the job in one day, and they let me know immediately. Then they returned in a timely manner and finished the work. It went smoothly.

The team arrived promptly. They walked around the house and counted the windows and then told me the total cost for the service. While one of the men started on the windows, the other blew leaves that had accumulated around the lower windows. They were quick and very pleasant. They did the work and then gave me the paperwork and were gone. It was stress free and they were very helpful.

The Window Genie guys were great. They arrived on time, were done very quickly, and gave me some great tips for cleaning the glass on the inside of my house. This was the best $100 I have spent on my house in a long, long time!

They returned my call almost right away. However, the person on the phone was curt & indicated there's be a $50 trip charge & that the kind of windows I have would’ve doubled the price. There was nothing to indicate there would be travel charges or that pane-windows - windows with dividers on the outside - were extra. It just wasn't worth it. I've requested a refund from Angie's List.

I had a coupon from Living Social so was cheaper than the usual of $160. They were prompt, courteous and, as promised, cleaned inside and out of all my windows. But to clean the sills really well they wanted an extra $2 per window and also charged an automatic $5 extra as fuel surcharge. Since I had the coupon, that didn't bother me but it would have if I were paying regular window price - then the extra charge to really clean sills would have and I would have expected to be informed of the extra charges up front. I would use them again depending on whether I could get same service for less from a competing company. But they did do a good job.

Window Genie was easy to work with, prompt, and did quality work. They washed all windows inside and out, including scrapping, which was important to me having just had the house painted by a very messy painter. They were in and out in about an hour. They were also very careful when inside my house, which I greatly appreciated. I would hire them again for window washing service.

I really do not remember the actual date the window cleaning was performed so the date indicated is merely a rough guess. I purchased the Angie's List offer for $59 on a whim. Normally I would clean the windows myself but I decided to treat myself. Window Genie came on time and cleaned the windows. They did an excellent job.

"I am sorry you were not happy. We strive to make all customers happy. We do not count windows as you state below though. We have a page on our website "how we count your windows." Each window that has true divided lites (i.e. 6 over 6) counts as two windows, NOT 6 as you indicate below. You were not charged for 6. As a company we will not remove storm windows from a house if they are screwed in because of safety and liability issues. Again, you were not charged for this. If you have any questions concerning the charges and your invoice please call us at 678 535 7770. If we made an error we would be happy to refund any overcharge if there was one. As far as the whole house you purchased a deal from Angie's List that required "WHOLE HOUSE CLEANING ONLY." You were able to return the voucher and chose not to. Thank you."

It went very well. I am totally pleased. They were careful, professional, and friendly. I have new hardwood floors inside and they were very careful (took their shoes off and didn't drip on the floor) when they did the interior. I had 55 windows in my house and it came to $330 for all of them to be washed inside and out. They classified a regular double hung window a one window (this is good). (Some window washing companies count a double hung window as two windows. Be careful of this). Some of my windows have a palladium top and this counts as a separate window --- which I was prepared for.
The window count and price estimate I did with Dave over the phone was the same count I got when his team showed up. There were no surprise extra costs or bait and switches.
I am very pleased and will hire this company again. The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality is because they were a bit late to arrive to my house but it was due to traffic on GA 400, but they called me to keep me informed. This was not their fault.
This is an EXCELLENT company.

Even with the discount, this turned out to be more expensive than we planned on. As they only did windows for the price of $239 and we ended up having to clean the frames and sills ourselves (and this was not made clear until they showed up) we will not hire anyone to do our windows again.

They were very backed up when I attempted to make an appointment. They pushed me off and wanted me to wait thirty days. My neighborhod association fines me for each day the work is not done, so waiting 30 days was not acceptable.
