I took my car in due to a "service engine soon."   This occur shortly after I had a major tire blow out and it had additional effects on the car.  Christelle did her research and found that it would be covered so it saved me a lot of money!

Mike Margulis was our Client Advisor and Amdou Lelenta was our Financial Services Manager.  They were both professional, courteous, and helpful.  Neither was high-pressure, thus creating a pleasant buying experience.  The paperwork involved although massive, was explained well.  The whole process of buying a car took about 4 hours, and afterwards since we were unfamiliar with Roswell, Mike Margulis gave us directions to the nearby Longhorn Steakhouse.  Since we drove a Hertz rental Chevy Spark to the dealership, he offered to drop it off at a nearby Hertz, so that we didn't have to drive all the way to Kennesaw to return it at night. We totally appreciated that.  We would consider this car buying experience as a 5 star deal and I highly recommend them.

I have been very pleased with the work performed at this dealership. They were always straight up on what needed to be done and why. They also assisted in having BMW cover some of the cost of repairs that were due to a defect even though the warranty had expired.

I get an oil change every 10,000 miles. The price depends on the vehicle. The people and service are average.

Their customer service is outstanding, but their pricing is high. Nothing comes cheap with a BMW, so I do not complain about that. They did a great job and fixed my car quickly. I would recommend them for any work involving BMW's.

United BMW of Roswell is reluctant to repair things when they are still under warranty as this job was. When you are not under warranty, they are very eager to fix your problem. I think other dealerships have friendlier staff than this one. They do offer shuttle service and will wash the car if I have to pay.

They are wonderful and very nice. If I have any questions they are quick to answer them. I don't wait long for my car at all. It is still under warranty so I don't have to pay anything right now for the service. Usually this would cost about $150.00.

United was fantastic, there was no waiting time at all, they got me right in. The people were personable and professional and I felt very comfortable trusting them with my car. They worked very fast and very efficiently and I was completely pleased with the whole experience.

I am very happy with the service I receive at United BMW of Roswell. My oil change was free because I bought my car there and it was under warranty. I especially appreciate Michael Millatello. He has good advice and I very much appreciate his knowledge and tips.

They are fantastic! They did a great job at this dealership. I made an appointment with them previously and they took me in at that time. I don't have to wait in order to get service. They are very responsive to their customers.
