It is owned by a woman named Paulette and she has great design intuition. She really puts a lot of thought and effort into her work and she?ll suggest different ideas. She is really good at picking things out in a high, medium, or low budget. She really thinks about the details and I found her to be over and above the norm. When she thinks about her budget, she includes everything so you don?t get any rude surprises; she subtracts from the original instead of adding to it. Usually she is pretty focused on the job so if you call, she can take a day or so to respond because she?s working.

She promised a seat in our shower and we noticed it wasn't going in. When we asked the tile guy about it, he said there wasn't money in the budget, so it's not going in. The painter would not return which he was paid in full. When we mentioned a lawsuit, we asked to see receipts for all the materials and labor, Paulette Dalton refused. The lawyer wrote a letter to have her produce the receipts, and she ignored the letter. The work was unacceptable and shoddy. She wasn't ASID certified, so the colors don't work well in my home. She had a baby half way through the renovation and walked out on the job. I've since found out she's done this to 2 other customers. She also had some supplies of mine (shower drain, etc) which were not given to me. She wouldn't update me on the budget after repetitively asking for it. There was damage done to bathtub, carpeting and our yard; all of which she was supposed to fix and did not.
