About us

Full service mobile detailer. We bring everything necessary to detail your vehicle at your home or office. Exterior services include: washing, waxing, polishing, clay baring, buffing, etc. Interior services include: vacuuming, leather cleaning/conditioning, carpet cleaning, cloth seat cleaning, nook and cranny detailing, sanitizing, etc. What makes us different? A new approach that is environmentally responsible (use less than two gallons of water for exterior wash - biodegradable non-toxic cleaning solution) safe and gentle no micro scratch wash/dry process - interior carpet, cloth seat, headliner cleaning (all soft surfaces) without leaving them wet.

This service was performed on March 17, 2015 (11 months ago). Unfortunately the member did not include any text to explain why we were given a "C" overall grade, or why the member wouldn't hire us again, so it's impossible to know why we failed to achieve success here. This was a $69 exterior wash/wax big deal service, which is our most basic service. It's unfortunate that we're finding out so late after the fact that this member was displeased with our service. We are fanatic about our quality and are more than ready to fix any oversight on our part, or refund the entire purchase if we fail to meet our customers expectations.

Description of Work: Mobile detail (exterior) of SUV, buff & polish and hand wax. He was fantastic! He spent almost 4 hours on the car, and it looked brand new when he was done. I'll continue to use him. Fantastic work.

Response from Lonadier's Mobile Detailing
Member wrote two reviews for our company (only one service provided). The first review was written on November 30, 2015 for service performed on November 23, 2015. Member gave us an A overall, A for price, A for quality, B for responsiveness, B for punctuality, A for quality. The first review reconciles with our records i.e. we provided service for this member on November 23, 2015. I understand the B rating for punctuality since the service provider was late due to an address mixup. This review makes no sense. We did not provide services on December 7th, or any services to this member other than the services on November 23rd. I called and left a voice message for the member explaining that I was confused about his reviews and would like to discuss. I waited seven days for a response. No response from the member. We consider A B rating failure to perform to the standards we are committed to. If it's warranted then we try to learn from it. If it's not then I try to have it corrected.

Response from Lonadier's Mobile Detailing
A case of mistaken identity? This is the only explanation I can come up with. We do not have this members name or address in our database. No record of any service performed for this member. The first thing that caught my attention on this review (other than the B grade in the Quality category) was that the member stated "we performed three full details for $200." I knew this couldn't be correct. Our lowest priced full detail is $150/vehicle. Even with a multi-vehicle discount the minimum price for three full details would be $375 ALL appointments go into a shared Google calendar (color coded by service provider). Member states the service was performed on September 30. There were no services provided on September 30th due to weather. In fact, the only day anyone worked the entire last week of September (due to weather) was September 28th. We know who was served this day and it wasn't this member. In addition, the members listed address/city (Lilburn) is over an hour away from our base of operation (Roswell). Since May of 2012 we have only provided services to this city four (4) times: May 13, 2012 - June 26, 2014 - December 3, 2014 - June 7, 2015. I further reviewed all cleared checks and credit card transactions, neither produced evidence of servicing this member. Sir if you believe that I'm incorrect in this response please call me David Lonadier 7770.375.9192 so we can rectify this matter. Regards
