DAN'S BARBER SHOP

I have been using Dan for several years now and will go nowhere else. He is a good old fashioned Man's barber. What I appreciated is the fact that he uses a vacuum hose system on his clippers so that the hair is sucked outside and does not get under your collar or clothes. He is honest, straight-forward and set in his ways, and that is fine with me. You know what you are going to get with Dan and that is dependable service and a great value. He is very particular about his hours of operation and is closed most weekends and Monday as I recall. He opens very early because I normally stop in on my way to work for a haircut that usually takes no longer than 15 minutes (This is not one of those frilly, chatty, estrogen zone, hair palaces that usually takes an hour per cut). So if you want your feelings to be massaged or to chat for an hour's gossip go elsewhere. Here you will find men's automotive and hunting magazines which you will not have the time to read, but only glance at the photos before it is your turn. The interior motif is Nascar and classic car themed.  Don't bother going during lunch as he gets hungry like the rest of us. He gives a two dollar discount to regular customers that come back every month.
