The crew arrived early and some removed shrubs while another moved mulch for us. I waited for three weeks to get the project done. There were excuses as to why they weren't here when they said they would be. I realize ours was a minor job compared to removing large trees; however, a phone call from the company would have been a considerable thing to do. When they arrived early on the day of the job, everything went smoothly and now we can proceed to improve our yard.

I called to get a quote for a tree that needed to come down. Grey came out and not only gave me a quote, but walked my back yard and saw that there were three other trees that were also dead and needed to come down. And the price was outstanding.

Damon, Gray and the crew at Prestige Trees were fantastic. They were great about showing up on time, providing a comprehensive estimate electronically and completing the job even faster than they anticipated. Every member of Gray's team has 9+ years of experience removing trees and it shows. They made it look easy and we could not be happier with the results. They also were very thorough with stump grinding and made sure that they didn't miss a single stump. We will always use Prestige for our tree service!

Took a lot longer than promised, although weather played a little into it but not totally. Was promised that would be little if any damage to my yard more than once and not only was it a mess, they damaged my neighbor's yard and were not even supposed to be there. Clean up was poor, and they were more concerned and told me that their crew need work so I believe they did the work when it was to wet which I mentioned. They did stump grinding and one area I was promised they would clear roots too and not even close, having to pay another company to do it right. In my opinion don't believe everything they tell you.

The clean up was never brought up to me until the stump become an issue. We have a very nice conversation at the street and you thank me for a good job and end result. I apologized for the weather and the time frame of completion, and you agreed. All the inpact to the yard was in the natural areas and one point of access to your neighbors driveway. Where plywood was used to help with impact. The weather for this job was one of our obstacles along with the tree in a tight area. After you called about the stump, I was more than happy to come back and re-grind at no cost. As a explained and you agreed, that with big stumps and chasing roots, the roots will get cover up. I had you on schedule for me to come back and complete my work but then you declined. I would have like the opportunity to come back to make things right. I appreciate your feed back. They were very responsive to my phone calls, the work was done in an efficient neat manner, no mess was left behind. They called out the utility company to mark the lines before they did the stump grinding. I could not have asked for a better experience.

While they charged top dollar, they did a half-a$$ed job in my opinion. Many of the trees weren't cut flush to the ground, they left other saplings, they didn't adequately trim a tree near the chimney, and they wouldn't grind stumps unless I paid more money. On the plus side, they were prompt, friendly, and they brought a good-sized crew.

Stump grinding was not originally ordered, and although it'[Member Information Removed] common for clients to ask for add on work when we are on site, this particular time it would have been additional expense due to the time and labor factor. This is why the scope of work is addressed at time of quoting. When stump grinding is refused, we cut trees as low as possible. We certainly apologize if this didn't meet your expectations, and we would be happy to return at any time to professionally grind stumps. Additionally, we address the health of a tree in consideration of how much can be trimmed without residual damage and strive for 5'-10' clearance off structures/roofs when trimming. Awesome job! I had several large branches come down from one of my trees. I contacted Damon and left a message. Ten minutes later he returned my phone call. Within hours, he came to my house to assess the situation. The heavy branches were removed the next morning. Thank you for your quick response and a job well done!

These guys are the best! They devised a way to move the cut tree sections over my stone wall & blooming flowers via a zip line..... never harmed one of my plants! I have used Prestiege Tree for several years now. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but you always get what you pay for. They are on time, professional, and I have never been disappointed with any of the work they have done for me. I highly recommend Prestiege Tree Service!

Damon was out the next day to give us an estimate. We not only chose him for the price but also for his professionalism and knowledge. He offered to trim up the other 2 trees at the same time. His crew showed up and went right to work. This was a huge tree and within 1 hour and 15 minutes in was down, chipped up and no longer a danger to our house. The crew cleaned up the entire area when they were done. Daman came out a few days later and ground up the stump and you would never know the tree was there. I would highly recommend Damon and his crew for any joy and we will call them again for other services.

They did an excellent job. The bald cypress was located next to a stone retaining wall, and light posts, lush landscaping in our front yard. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent work. They were so careful of the two lamp posts, retaining wall, and landscaping. They removed all the debris in the yard, and street. They hand carried each huge piece out to their truck. No large equipment was used, and no damage whatsoever to even one plant. I would highly recommend Prestige and will certainly use them again. Excellent job. Joshua and his tema were very polite and courteous. They even removed another small tree next to the pine at no charge.

Dead tree was nested between limbs of another tree in a landscaped island between my and a neighbor's house. The Prestige crew removed the tree without damage to the surrounding landscape - a tribute to their skill and professional attitude. Their cleanup was complete. I have a lot of trees and when more work is needed I will call them first.

I was given a quote on May 6, 2011 and the work was completed in about 3 hours on May 17,2011. All debris was cleaned up and left the property in great shape. They were very professional
