My electric bills were climbing. I went into the attic after they finished a repair. I found the attic was cooler than the upstairs. Air was gushing from all around a new plenum they just built. I used an other company they have been once and my bills dropped 30%.....

I do not know if I would recommend them. The work was good, Ed is professional, just some of his workers got to watch what they say.

My A/C went out and although I was out of state I wanted to get it repaired before I returned. My neighbor recommend Ed as he had been servicing her system for several years and he had just installed new systems into her home and a couple of other homes in the neighborhood. Communication was easy. Responses to my questions were prompt and scheduling was a breeze. My system was well over 20 years old so I went ahead and replaced the A/C and furnace. They actually showed up early for the installation which is always a good sign in my book. A friend let them in and left them to work alone for the rest of the day. He came back after they left to lock up and called me to let me know they did a good job! I met Ed upon my return home the following week and he was as professional in person as he was by phone and email. It's been a couple of weeks now and I haven't had any problems with the system. The only issue I have, and its not service related, is that the filters for the system I have now are hard to find. I'll have to order them online. But that doesn't deter me from recommending Ed to all of my neighbors. Great job!

Update: It has been almost 2 years since the installation and I have no complaints. I was able to purchase the filters I needed directly from Ed! I also signed up for the annual maintenance agreement and I'm still impressed by the service provided. Highly recommend.
