In business in Atlanta since 1960. 45 employees. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. No travel charge. $20 fee for carpentry estimates - fee applied to job if work is done. $20 fee for roof inspections to assist you with potential insurance claims if it is determined that no damage is present. Echols is not one of the many new "storm chaser" companies. When legitimate damage is present we work ethically with the insurer and homeowner to determine a full and fair settlement. We had leaking caused by missing shingles on a steeply graded roof. Echols sent someone out to give us an estimate as soon as the rain stopped. They did the work on that day as well. The person they sent could not give us an estimate on a roof replacement (although we had asked for that as well). We were happy with the work they did and the speed of their response.

I DEALT ONLY WITH THE FOREMAN. I NEVER OBSERVED ANY OF THE WORK. THEY ASKED ME TO RATE SAFETY PERFORMANCE, BUT I COULDN'T. THEIR FINAL PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS AS GOOD A RESIDENTIAL ROOFING APPLICATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB ON THE CLEAN UP.
