The package you purchased was 59$ promotion that clearly says it covers up to 10ft! Before we start any type of service we do a walk through and evaluate the job needs to be done. Your dryer vent was 35ft and we quoted our regular rate that is on our website for the past 10 years. We gave you the option to complete the job or not to, and we didn't charge anything for our time. Let me correct you! You didn't let us leave your house, the technician left the house after over 45 minutes of you trying to convince him to do a side job!
