Their tech came to our townhome for the HVAC heat pump issue, spent more than 3 hours diagnosing the issue and then told us that we had to replace the zoning control board and the thermostat at $1400 in total. We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!

Tech came out on 4/20/23 to find out why the fuse kept blowing up when AC was turned on. Found defective wire close to the outdoor AC unit. Repaired it and wrapped it up. Charged us $340, half what another company quoted for installing a RedLink system. AC started working. We were happy, gave a 5 star rating.* *On 5/8/23, the AC system failed again. The customer support was unresponsive, took several email messages and voice mails to get a call back after close to 24 hours.* *A tech came out on 5/11/23 attempting to fix the problem. This time the fuse did not blow up immediately when he replaced the blown fuse and turned the AC on. The AC did come on. He claimed he did not know what caused the problem, as the fuse did not blow up immediately. The tech left around 12:45pm. Before 2pm on the same day (less than 2 hours after the tech left), the AC system failed again. We were charged $99 again for this visit.* *Tried calling Premier, once again very unresponsive. The final email to them asking them to let me know whether they knew how to fix the problem and whether I should call another HVAC company prompted a call back, again 24 hours since I first reported the problem. The suggestion was to send out the same technician on Monday (5/15/23). I told them I needed another technician, as the same technician who had already come twice might not have sufficient experience to fix the problem, and I preferred not to pay $100 per visit indefinitely to have the system fail after 2 hours every time. The phone support said she was not technical, and could not give me another option as that was the only technician she could send me.* *I asked to speak to another technician so I could explain the problem and perhaps get a second opinion. She promised to have a tech call me. That was on 5/12/23 4pm. I am writing this review on 5/14/23 7:40pm, no call or email.*

We used Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation to replace our upstairs HVAC located in the attic, and they were fantastic. Steve and his team protected our flooring by laying plastic along our hallway, moved the old unit out and installed the new one. We were completely satisfied with the entire process and their attention to details. We highly recommend them.

Steve was able to diagnose my heater problem and presented my options clearly. I was able to use his findings to make a case successfully for covered repair with my home builder.

Excellent. Called Steve West and within 24 hours, he was at my home and he immediately identified the problem as a bad condenser coil. We talked through options (repair vs replacement) and within 24 hours of that, my new unit was installed and working beautifully. Will purchase a service agreement with them as well! Cannot say enough about their customer service and responsiveness! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the first call, meeting Jacki to the last follow up call, this company is 5 stars. The owner Steve came after hours to access my old equipment. They had a rare HVAC unit in stock and made time to install ASAP due to extreme heat outside and a young child. Jacki was not only empathetic, but was able to obtain the permits needed and the install was scheduled the next day! They arrived on time and everything went smooth. I recommend this company to everyone!

Love, love, love Premier HVAC!! Steve West and his office staff are the nicest, most honest and professional folks we have ever worked with. Steve installed a unit for us 3 years ago, and we have used his company since then for any/all services for our units. They relpy to your request quickly, and are very friendly and professional. Steve West works harder than anyone I've met, I think! He seems to stay very busy, but always makes time to work us into his schedule, even if it means adding us to the end of his full schedule, in the evening. This happened recently, and we were so grateful, as we had no air upstairs, and its July. He was so efficient, and had our unit up and running in no time. Our coils stay dirty, because the dryer vent exits the house right next to our AC units. He had explained to us earlier that this was problematic, and we would need to have them cleaned regularly, but we got busy and forgot. Hence, his evening visit to our house to replace the overheated compressor, due to the dirty coils. Needless to say, he also made time out of his very busy schedule to come out and clean the coils, just a few days later. I highly recommend Premier HVAC to anyone and everyone who wants excellent, efficient, polite, friendly, and fairly priced, labor and equipment!

My existing HVAC system was at the end of its serviceable life, so I needed a new system. I sought quotes from 5 different companies...3 big, name-recognizable companies in the Atlanta area, as well as 2 companies from Angieslist that I had not heard of before. Thank goodness for that! When Steve came out for the quote, he pointed out all of the things that would need to be updated, and didn't try to upsell me on a Platinum or Gold-level solution that honestly made little sense in my small 60s ranch house. The install on my unit was seamless, and significantly faster than I anticipated. I'd happily recommend Premier to anyone, and am looking forward to a long, happy relationship with an HVAC service provider.

My 28-year old Air Conditioner failed on one of the hottest days of the year and the full HVAC system needed to be replaced. I called three companies to get the best price under the conditions. After evaluating the my choices I chose Premier HVAC Mechanical. I am pleased that they were able to replace my system with upgrades within a handful of business days. I asked several questions in the process and they were kind enough explain everything in terms I could understand. Overall, it was a really good experience and I plan to work with them again in the future.

The response to my call was amazing. They came out at 7:00 pm. I had come home from work and my Air conditioning was not working. Very professional and did not mind explaining everything to me. Highly recommend.

Mr West again came out to help us on a Sunday. He added Freon, found the system leak, and will make the repair. A+++

Premier was kind enough to do a field visit on a Sunday since we care for our Mother's home remotely, and this was the only day we were in town. After a lot of band-aids from other companies, the original 20+ year-old system was finally due for a replacement. They were kind, professional, and accommodating. When they returned to do the work 2 days later - they updated us with photos and even sang Happy Birthday to our Mother. We loved that special touch since we weren't able to do so in person ourselves. We feel we were in great hands with Premier and are happy to have a company to trust with any future needs of the new system.

Premier representatives were professional and courteous. My HVAC system is complicated with 4 separate zones. They provided detailed assessment of condition and problems and made recommendations at 3 price levels. Installation was done next day as promised. The crew was very careful to not track carpets, block drives, or disturb pets. The workmanship was first class with lots of attention to detail.

Premier provided excellent service. We have used them in the past and will continue to call upon hem due any future needs. Highly recommend them!

Excellent! We were extremely pleased with the inspection, pricing and installation from Premier HVAC & Mechanical. We had 2 old units from the early 90's, one had gone out and the other was running inefficiently. We had a company come out initially to diagnose - after 3 visits they incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the liquid line. Steve came out and gave us options with a detailed estimate and made us feel comfortable fully explaining our options. He gave us great recommendations, diagnosed the problem correctly and even identified poor designs in the cooling distribution for our upstairs zone. This company was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. They helped us with a great financing package. Our units work great and are making our home very comfortable. Highly Recommend!!!

My original 23 year old units, covered by home warranty, were costing more to maintain than was worth it. A friend recommended Premier, Steve came out and inspected everything, made suggestions and was able to schedule to install both entirely new systems two days later. I never even met these guys in person, but the whole team was amazing. I will refer them to anyone needing HVAC services, and look forward to working with them in the future on maintenance, etc. Best service ever!
