"Over the past 40 years we have been blessed with wonderful customers that are as excited as we are to make their renovation experience and end result one we are all proud of. This member is someone that will never be satisfied and will look for fault in others at all cost and that is a personal issue we can not rectify for her. She is not familiar with the steps involved with stripping wallpaper, skim coating with sheetrock mud, sanding, and priming a wall to prepare for paint. Her accusation of lying is false. When she expressed she was not happy with the size of the grout line in her bath floor we reworked the entire floor with a smaller grout line at no additional cost."
