I was originally contracted for drains and a sump pump. Mario thought it would save money for an electrician and on the power bill to lay a natural drain. It didn't change my cost to install, but he said sump pumps wear out after a couple years saving a replacement cost. Sounded reasonable? I did however appreciate Randy working with me on the contract cost, I found him to be excellent to work with! Being a single mom, he helped to keep my cost low and I have since recommended them to another single lady.

They came when they said would come for both the estimate and to do the work. Randy and Mario were both friendly yet professional. The work was done in a timey manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I feel confident that I won't have any more water leakage problems in my basement after hiring SunDry.

I now have adequate drainage in my driveway that also happens to be pleasing to the eye! I am really happy with the end results! I am especially pleased with the time the Sundry staff took to explain and respond to my questions about the specifics of the planned project. Hopefully, I won't need them again but if I do I would not hesitate to contact them and I certainly would recommend them.

I was impressed that not only did the salesman show up, but the person in charge of the work project was here also to explain options and courses of action. I was not prepared for the price they quoted me as it was by far the most reasonable I had received. The work was completed in 2 days and the crew was very courteous and professional. It has not rained as bad as the cause of the previous flooding, but Sun Dry has given me a 20-year warranty and I do not feel worried about it. It seems like a small thing, but when they called me, their company name and phone number came up on the caller ID, this is not the case with other companies.

Dissappointing. 1. Misleading advertising concerning installed down-spouts. 2. Misleading quality of work. Once the workers dug the earth away from the wall they did not clean the wall of mud and caked-on earth before applying the tar!!! I ask the Foreman to pressure-wash the wall after the digging but he refused. 3. Since I could not stay on-site to watch and ensure that the work was done properly, I have doubts that the drain-mat, gravel, drain-pipe, and plastic sheeting was installed properly. Wish I had insisted on digital photos.

"It is always a customer's option to observe our work, and ask any questions. The french drain that was installed is exactly the same system installed on countless other homes. It also has a 20 year warranty, which is an incredibly long time in our industry. In regards to the cleaning of the wall, it was in fact cleaned and scarified. To pressure wash would interfere with the installation."

Their representative was timely, curtious, and explained everything in lay terms so I could understand what was being did and why. He followed up from start to finish. They weren't the most reasonable, nor the most exspensive. When explaining what they were going to do it made sense yet it ws the simplest solution to the problem.
