It went very well. They put ply sheets down so as not to tear up the landscaping. Worked very professionally. One oak tree was leaning over a large part of the house. It was interesting to watch them bring it down without damaging the roof. They know how to do it!! An 'Angies Big Deal' helped considerably.

The arborist came out and looked at all of my trees. He gave me a price to cut the dead branches off three pine trees. The crew showed up on time and got the job done. They also did a nice job of cleaning up the fallen branches. Overall very pleased!

Quality job and at a reasonable price! Jordan, the arborist, did an initial visit/assessment. He was pleasant, professional and interested in knowing what my goals were when it came to the pruning of my trees...did I just want the trees shaped? did I want them cut back severely, etc. The day of the job, Jordan showed up to be sure things were going as planned. Juan and Bito (not sure if I got that right) arrived on time to do the actual job. Juan went over the work order that Jordan had provided with me and again made sure he knew exactly what I wanted done before they started. Juan and Bito paid close attention to detail when trimming the trees and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. They cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving....never would have known they were there! I'll definitely recommend to friends and will certainly use them again next time.

It went well, as expected. I called, scheduled and Mulch was delivered. I was clearly explained the type of mulch and quantity of mulch I was getting. It helped me to prepare well.

Stuart showed up on time and walked my property with me discussing the job. He provided me with an estimate before he left so that I could compare it to my others. Overall the experience went well, but 404 was considerably higher in price than the other two companies I had received estimates for.

It was the first time I used them. I found them on Angie?s List and they have good reviews. I had three quotes and I liked their quote the best -- not just on price, but other things on Angie's List of equal importance. They lived up to their reviews. I only have one concern, though. The tree they trimmed, unfortunately, they told me it would come back this summer, but it looks butchered in the meantime. They did a real sharp and severe pruning on it, which they told me was necessary, but I am a little disappointed they did not my set my expectations about how butchered it would look. So it is not a complaint so much as it is a complaint about my expectations being set. If it does not come back I will go on and change my review. It has only been less than two months so I have to give it time.

They showed up on time, cleaned up well. The service was good. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

Went as expected although trimming the magnolia didn't turn out as expected. Will mention that when paying for the service. The "coupons" on Angies list were confusing to me, I did not receive a gift card for getting an estimate but the arborist said I should ask for an Angies discount when paying the bill. Would have been a better experience if the crew were better prepped in advance for what needed to be done, I had to provide some supervision. Crew was very mindful about where to drop limbs since they were working over a pool cover - no damage that I have detected.Clean up of debris very well done.

Great! Estimate was very detailed, everything was properly marked. Crew came to cut tree when they said they would. All work done was exactly as requested. No hassles providing 5% Angie's List discount.

Estimate was prompt and professionally done. Service scheduled for approx. one week after estimate was approved. One day delay due to weather, but they called and re-scheduled service in advance. The crew doing the work (Angel and another crew member) were on time and worked very hard. They made sure that they understood what work was needed before starting. Each tree was trimmed with care and to my satisfaction. Even though it was very cold outside all day (30 degrees), the men continued to work until the job was completed. The only break they took was a short lunch break. After all the cutting was done, they did a terrific job cleaning the yard and driveway. The guys were friendly and very professional.

I was very pleased. the crew was efficient and helpful. even blew wood chips onto a bed for me. I would use them again.

Came out for quick estimate. Provided service and cleaned up professionally at the agreed time after rescheduling was needed due to coordination with GA Power (power lines had to be considered). All was satisfactory.

The initial consultation was great I felt we were both on the same page. The actual service took place about three to four weeks later and I felt they did not cut back as much as we had originally discussed. Nothing was marked as far as which trees were to be cut and where. there were written directions but I just felt the amount of pruning was not what I recalled discussing. I may have to have the same thing done next fall. The provider called the next day and asked if I was satisfied which I initially was but after really observing what had been done I was not as satisfied.

They sent a crew to take down the trees, and they did a great job. The crews and crew leader were extremely professional and dd a good job of taking down the trees without damaging the yard, other trees or our house. Their services and price did not include cutting up any of the wood into useable firewood, but they will haul off the trees and include that in their price. We were able to hire one of the crew to come back and cut up the downed trees for firewood, on the weekend, as a side job.

That service turned out fine. They gave us a discount on some appraisal work. They did the evaluation of some work in the yard. They did have to reschedule a few times.

Great. They walked us through the yard and explained everything that we needed to know about our trees.

Everything went well. The estimator was here as scheduled and I was able to have the work done the next week. The office, who I talked to several times, was always helpful. On the day of the work, the fellows were here on time and knew exactly what to do. The work took most of the day, but they were finished before dark and my yard looked better than before they arrived. The price was fair for such unusually good work.

From the first meeting with Jordan to receiving a hand written thank you note for our business after the job, 404-Cut-Tree handled themselves very professionally. At all times we felt like we were in the hands of experts who know their business. I would definitely use them again. Job well done!
