They cleaned up everything extremely well. The company called to confirm the service was complete and satisfactory. Great job.

They did some damage to our fence when one of the tree limbs fell but came back and fixed it on their own we didn't even have to say anything. They did a good job on the clean up and did exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted.

Description of Work: They cut down 2 very large/tall trees - one was dead and the other one was infected with pine beetles. They are professional and when the work is done you never know they were in the yard. Have gotten quotes from other providers and 404 is usually higher.

Description of Work: I had some trees that were overhanging on the house and needed to be trimmed back, there were some dead areas on trees in the yard that had to be removed as well.

Description of Work: They pruned a mammoth tree that had large branches extending over our roof line. Also trimmed two pines and two oaks, as well as removed a dying small tree on the edge of our wooded area. Excellent workers who knew exactly what they were doing and cleaned up the area beautifully.

Description of Work: Pruning of 1 tree. Prompt service. The gentleman who came out for the estimate was professional and prompt on a Saturday. Service was performed within 4 days and the 2 gentlemen who did the work were hardworking and courteous. The work was done per the estimate and the site was cleaned up after pruning was complete.

Description of Work: I picked 3 tree services from Angie's list "A" performers (with coupons!) and all three estimates were pretty close. I would've likely been happy with any of the companies but was especially impressed with 404. Maybe it was the yellow VW bug that the estimator drove, but I was impressed with the estimator's knowledge, care and efficiency, giving me an estimate on the spot. Showing up when he said he would. He also made additional suggestions as to other trees & trimming to do. It should be noted that the other two companies made similar suggestions as well. They scheduled the work quickly -- less than 1 week after the acceptance of bid. The crew and estimator appeared when they said they would at 8AM. Scope of the job was 6 trees (tall ubiquitous pines, some HUGE). Plus significant trimming of other trees to clear space over house. The crew (4 - 5 people at different times of the day) was fantastic with amazing climbers. It should be mentioned that 404 doesn't use spikes on climbing -- unless the tree will be entirely cut down, meaning they use ropes to climb that are better for the health of the trees. I also like the fact that they used a "Dingo" an interesting one man operated log hauler that has a smaller footprint than a truck or other vehicle. One of the crew members even helped the Directv guy who was coincedentally relocating my dish by helping to cut a branch obstructing the dish reception. The crew worked until around 8PM. Great job. I'll likely use them again when the need arises.
