Description of Work: Robert came out right away and gave me a complete estimate plus a copy of their insurance coverage. Work was done soon thereafter quickly and professionally and I was not asked to pay until the work was done. I've used many tree services but 404-CUT-TREE is MY PICK. I highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: We had a huge oak tree branch that had broken off. It was in our back yard. They came and cut it up and hauled it away with out damaging our grass or any of the surrounding trees or bushes. They also climbed up into several of the oak trees and cut out a significant number of dead branches.

Description of Work: Instead of charging my Visa $400 they charged it $4,000. I caught it 2 days later. Called and they said they would reverse it. They didn't. Called credit card company and they reversed it. No call from the company or apology. Bark was great. Not the service.

Description of Work: Cut-tree removed two large trees, two smaller trees and some branches. They were punctual and worked efficiently. All debris was removed, and the yard was clear. Their service is consistent and I have used this company for many years.

Description of Work: They trimmed a tree in our front yard and cut about 5 pine trees in the backyard. They also fertilized the front yard. The people performing the tree trimming/cutting did a great job. But the people who performed the soil treatment and fertilization did not leave any sign that they had been at our home, so I kind of feel like I'm stuck paying for a service that I'm not sure I received. It also took a really long time for me to get on their schedule after I purchased the coupon (about a month or so), which was longer than we anticipated.
