Fred came out to give us a quote, was supposed to be at the house between 8am and 10am, he showed up at 8am on the nose. Very professional, provided referral and insurance along with a written estimate. The next day the crew came out, they were supposed to be at the house between 2pm and 4pm. They showed up at 1:30 and got straight to work. Very clean cut and professional. The climber was fantastic and used regular shoes no spikes when climbing. They were done with 5 trees and clean up in 1 1/2 hour. Made sure everything was done the way I wanted it before leaving. I will use them again!

They were excellent. The crew was timely and very professional. The job site was cleaned up after the work was completed.

This company was one of about five companies that I had called for an estimate. All of the companies I called had good service reputations, so I was shopping for price. The company representative(Bob) was at my house within a few days of my initial call to the company. He was pleasant, informative, and provided a competitive estimate. He came out a second time before we made the decision to have them do the work. The crew took two days to do the work. Though I have a woodsy back yard, they left a bit of a mess (appeared they were in too big of a hurry to finish). Follow-up service to clean-up and do a little additional trimming was good. A couple of my good trees were nicked when felling the other trees, but considering that some of them were close together, this was probably inevitable. Bob sent me a thank you card after all of the work had been completed to my satisfaction.

We've been in this house for 3 years, & our half-acre lot is very wooded, esp. in the back. There were a few trees that worried us, plus we wanted to take down a few that were right near the deck so we could create some yard out back. Bob came out for two estimates (without complaint) because my husband and I weren't originally on the same page as far as how many trees to take down at this time. Bob helped us decide what should come down for safety reasons and what would help us free up some space for the backyard. The crew arrived around 8 a.m., as promised, & most everything went well. There was some damage being done to some branches of a tree we wanted to keep, so my husband called Bob, and we were able to add a tree to the to-do list for free. Also, the crew leader agreed to take down a few dead trees that we didn't know about until some of the other trees were taken down. (There was a fee for those extra trees, but it was reasonable. Job 1: They did a great job cutting down the limbs and cleaned up very thoroughly. Job 2: This is the second branch from a neighbor's tree that fell in my backyard. 404-Cut-Tree has done a great job removing these very large tree branches from our backyard. Very professional service. They really do a great job cleaning up afterwards too.

The estimater arrived promptly and did an excellent job of explaining how the tree would be removed. The price was less than two other companies and we were impressed with the professionalism. At the agreed date, a team arrived and safely cut down the tree with zero property damage. What a relief this was.

It went very well, I was happy with the service. They arrived actually a bit early, we went over the work to be done and they did it quickly. The result was very good. I will use them again.

We've used 404 CUT-TREE before and they are the best. In a business that permits a lot of amateurs, they are true pros. They sent a well qualified tree expert to our home to evaluate and quote a price for tree removal. They called and scheduled the work promptly and their crew arrived on-time and did the work quickly and competently. I chose them because I wanted the tree removal done in a way that did not damage nearby shrubs or my turf. They handled those issues confidently. 404 CUT-TREE is a very professional organization.

They were courteous and professional. The arborists knowledge was impressive. They trimmed the limbs that were in danger of falling on the house in a storm. We feel much safer now that those limbs have been taken care of and the beauty of all the trees was preserved.

Heidi offered a substantial discount if all work was done at the same time. She gave me a copy of the companys liability insurance coverage. I asked her to supervise the job and she arranged her schedule to do just that. The work crew consisted of 2 men, and Heidi acted as a supervisor only. Work went smoothly and cleanup was great. Wonderful company!

They arrived early, cut the trees, and cleaned up the mess. They damaged nothing. Were very polite and professional, consulting with me when they arrived, and after they were done. Came back 1 week later, as promised, to do the stump grinding. Very positive experience.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR BETWEEN 2:00 AND 4:00 TODAY (WEDNESDAY, OCT 19) BUT THE DOORBELL RANG AT 7:00 A.M. OOPS! IM SURE THE NEIGHBORS WHO WORK EVENING SHIFTS APPRECIATED BEING SERENADED BY CHAINSAWS AND CHIPPERS AT THAT HOUR. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY, AND THE CLEAN-UP THEY PERFORMED AFTER FELLING THE TREES WAS WORTH THE PRICE OF THE WHOLE JOB. WELL, MAYBE NOT QUITE, BUT THEY USED A LEAF-BLOWER AND RAKES ON THE ENTIRE FRONT YARD TO MAKE SURE THEY PICKED UP ALL THE LEAVES AND TWIGS THEY MAY HAVE DRAGGED FROM THE BACK YARD TO THE CHIPPER OUT ON THE STREET. THEY ALSO CHIPPED SEVERAL STACKS OF TWIGS THAT WED PUT ON THE CURB FOR OUR REGULAR TRASH REMOVAL SERVICE TO PICK UP. IM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE NEIGHBORS MAY HOPE WE DONT, THOUGH.

IT WAS COLD, WINDY AND WE HAD 4+ INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PRIOR 24 HOURS. THEY ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, WORKED QUICKLY AND LEFT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK THEY SURVEYED EACH AREA AND MOVED ITEMS OUT OF HARMS WAY THAT I HAD NOT EVEN THOUGHT OF. THE TREE CLIMBER, EMELIO RODRIGUEZ, CLEARLY IS A PROFESSIONAL. HE STUDIED EACH CUT AND DROPPED LIMBS WITH PRECISION, KEEPING IN MIND HIS OWN SAFETY AS WELL AS SURROUNDING STRUCTURES AND PLANTS. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE THEY REMOVED ALL EVIDENCE THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE. THE CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED FOR THE TASK. 404 CUT TREE OBVIOUSLY CARES ABOUT IT'S EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. I SAY THIS DUE TO THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE TRUCK AND CHIPPER TO THE PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT THEY HAD AT THEIR DISPOSAL.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY PROMISED, DAMAGED NOTHING, FINISHED AHEAD OF TIME AND LEFT NOT A SPECK OF SAWDUST. AMAZING!
