This company makes money by LYING. I completely agree with the recent Yxxxx reviews describing this company as a FRAUD . The technician arrived as I was leaving for work. I spoke to him on the phone once he had the assessment. He told me $647 to fix my toilet issue. Sounded REALLY high but I agreed. As soon as we hung up, he started flattering my wife about our lovely home.. and oh by the way it is going to be $2266.00 to fix your toilet drain !! She did not know what we discussed and paid him. I really feel like the guy snuck into my house, took advantage of my wife and rob me.

Getting someone out to give me a quote was quick and easy. They showed up with equipment so that once we received the quote and was ready to go they could do the job right then which I think is beyond awesome! Jay was nice and courteous and quick! Awesome experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Job well done. Service tech showed up promptly, and resolved my inability to turn off my outside spicket. Best of all he cleaned up after himself. He even put things back under the cabinet that I had taken out. Really appreciate that I hate when service people leave a mess behind. Would definitely recommend and will definitely call if I need these services again.

Did not fix. Offered a discount if I went and bought the part and put in myself. If it did not work they would come back out. Did not work and stood me up! Installed 2 faucets said charged for 1 and I had to go buy a different supply line and install myself. Would not recommend! I still do not have a receipt for their work!
