Service provider spend time to repair in my house on Aug 17, Aug 19, Aug 23 and Aug 26, each time several hours. First he noted after 5 hours that the compressor was the "wrong model"; next he completed the service and advised to wait 24h for full cooling; next he understood the problem ("a leak") and again please wait 24h; then he spoke to a mate from LG who gave him advise. Nothing worked and fridge is not working

Sr Service Tech was on time and communicated very well either by voice or text No surprises quickly diagnosing the problem advising what replacement of controller would cost and arrived next day with factory part to complete repair. Warranties all replacement parts and labor. Outstanding job in today’s service environment, and be assured, that he will be my “go to” for any additional appliance repairs..

I had an absolute amazing experience with My Appliance Guy. What stood out to me was first he was on time and his office communicated with me throughout the day with updates. In addition Labon came in and assessed the situation quickly. He was familiar with my appliance and instead of the quick sell, he gave me options. These options provided me with the ability to make an informed decision. When I finally decided to replace the unit Labon spent some time with me to tell me what to look our for and what units may not hold up as well. He did this knowing he would not make a dime of a new purchase. It is rare these days that you find someone who cares more about the customer than they do themselves and their bottom line. Great experience.

Our repairman was wonderful. He even came out on a Saturday to repair our dishwasher once the part came in. I would definitely use My Appliance Guy again.

Great! Lebron is amazing! I trust him to tell me the truth about whether or not I need to repair something or buy new. In this day and age you almost always have to buy and not repair. He makes service calls and if something is an easy fix he does not charge me. Love LOve LOve him.

It went very good. I called him back twice since then. Once for my ac thermostat and another time to installed some cameras. I will definitely use his services again.

A technician named Labon came out the day after I called. He diagnosed the problem as pump failure--needing a replacement. I paid a deposit of $100 on a $233 dollar estimate to replace the pump. It needed to be ordered from the manufacturer and was estimated to be in in around 4-5 days. After waiting over a week with no word I reached out to the technician who assured me the part would be in soon. After a couple more days and after speaking with him again, the part was still not delivered and I could not be provided with a delivery date. With his knowledge, I went ahead and ordered the part myself, cancelling the order and requesting a refund. Via text message, the technician agreed to refund the full $100 deposit. This was on June 13th. He then said on 3 separate occasions that he would send the check (the first 2 "got lost in the mail.") It is now July 18th and I have received no refund and he has stopped replying to my messages. I have written proof of all quotes and communications. As a side note, I disassembled the pump in order to replace it and found it was not broken--a piece of glass was jamming it. It did not need replacing.

Great, would never hire anyone else for our appliance needs.
