LOWE'S

Very worst experience and fully depressed after reaching out to lowe's in person and over phone. Spent so much of my productive time tracking where is my order and no show. No one in lowe's nor customer service is able to track or tell what happened to the ordered items. Very very bad customer service. No one answers and even if they pick up the call they are putting the phone on hold for hours. Now I'm in panic state that I lost my money and no one says what happened to delivery. Please don't buy appliances in lowe's. Its just waste of money and time.

The heating unit was $200. The faucet was $150, it’s one of those pull down and it goes all around and has 2 different options for how it comes out of the faucet. The service was great, the gentleman was very helpful. Its the one that is right way near my church. He showed me the different options and told me, “I would suggest you take this!” He was correct. They were wonderful.

It was the biggest hassle I've ever experienced. The first group didn't prep appropriately for the second group, among other issues. I've worked with the people at Lowe's several times in the past, but I would never work with them again for flooring.

It worked okay.

They did a really good job, and they had a very competitive rate. They showed up on time, as well.

They were very curteous and professional and carried this heavy Grill up two flights of stairs, tested it to make sure it worked and finished in under 30 minutes. 
Fantastic product and fantastic service

I have not used them in quite some time, but from what I remember they are pretty good.

They will do the work after we come back from our vacation.  I liked their quote, their store and their materials.  My family and I use them often.

I got the door last in April and then I went today and bought another external door and they were also helpful with giving me just an overview of steel doors versus fiber glass and how to select the hardware for the doors, because I bought an exterior door and the hardware today because the AEM Construction people are going to install the door, they are going to prime it, paint it as part of the house project, they are going to paint my house. I bought the door but they installed the door for $97 and they hauled the old door and all that stuff away, I forgot what I paid for the door. What drew me was that, they told me for $35 dollars, they'll come out and measure and if I decide to get the door, they'll subtract it off the price and I said okay then they came out and they measured and they put it in the system and they called me and they said they have the size and we'll just come pick up the door but what I wanted was a custom color so it took a little longer and when the door came in, they called me and set up a date and they put in the new door in along with the hardware, tested it to make sure it works and they hauled the old door.

My experience in the store was great.

The other two estimates I got were about twice as much as theirs.

Lowe's had the best price on flooring and installation. The crew that came out worked quickly and they were very professional. We had a few issues with the molding around the floor not being finished, but the manager was very helpful and sent the crew back out the next day to fix the problem.

I knew exactly what I wanted. Therefore, I did not need any assistance. I choose to shop Lowe's as they are customer centered, offer low pricing and a wide array of products. I paid regular price for the water heater.

I knew what I was looking for. The sales staff at Lowe's showed me their selection. They were very helpful and the price was good. I picked it up the same day, brought it home and installed it. I was happy with the selection and service offered by Lowe's.

Everything is installed and in working order, so I would say they did a fine job. I installed the stovetop myself though. They did a great job with the sales and the installation. They were very nice and very professional. The cost of the stove top was about $600, the dishwasher was $250, and the microwave was $200. I also paid $110 for the installation. I thought all of that was reasonable.

This was an excellent experience. Everything fell into place on time. They sent out a good crew of people who were polite and efficient. I really like the floor and I feel I got a good price. I do think Lowe's offers good quality service for less money.

Delivered, but water was leaking. They sent another brand new one the next day. Excellent service.

The products they sell are great. They removed the old one and disposed of it for me. They were very nice during the process. They were to call on there way out but just showed up, but I was home so I did not miss them. I had however expected a call first.

THEY DID WHAT I WANTED DONE.
