The company did a good job, quick & polite

We were surprised at how quickly they completed the job of removing a front yard tree and a backyard tree, plus grinding one stump at a rental property. My husband missed them by two minutes to review and pay. Then we were told the owners would come by to pick up the money. No one has ever showed. A little confusing and unorganized.But the job was done fine and quickly. Cleaned up great.

Javier, the owner, gave me a very attractive estimate and was able to cut down the tree that day. I had been very concerned because it was dead and threatening my house. The JC crew were very professional, made the tree fall so that it did no damage and then cleaned up and hauled everything away in less than two hours. I am very pleased.

Javier and his team are awesome! They went above and beyond. Not only did they do an excellent job taking out my trees, but the cleaned up their mess and a bunch of brush and clippings that I had there. Javier came back and checked in a few days later just to make sure we were happy.

Very nice guys and great price. Did exactly what they said they would do. Then waited for me to check their work before collecting their money to ensure that I was satisfied. That was on their own accord not because I felt I needed to they actually wanted me to. Very pleased and will use them again.

Everything JC Tree staff said they would do, they did. They came by and checked the trees we wanted removed and gave us a quote and when the job was done they honored that quote. Good job

Showed up late, remove some trees the way it was suppose to be. My biggest problem is that they dropped 2 big pine trees in someone else's property and left them there (behind my private fence) so I did not see them at first. When the property owner complained, I called them up again (the owner Javier Castillo) and he said they would take care of it. After 2 weeks waiting, I called them up again, and to my surprise, he asked for more money to finish the job he was supposed to do. Other than that, the service was of good quality

The crew arrived on time. The price was competitive and the work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up. I set up appointment online and they followed up to confirm reservation! They showed up on time and completed work in same day. Price was in the ballpark of what I expected to pay. They cleaned up and you couldn’tp tell they were there. They cut down a dead tree and trimmed several live trees that were hanging over house.
