Foundation Worx

I would highly recommend Foundation Worx to anyone needing serious foundation repairs.  Their attention to detail was exemplary. The foreman was a perfectionist and would not call the job finished until satisfied with getting the house back to a nearly exact level condition.  We also had them put in a vapor barrier which was done perfectly. 
We contacted several local foundation companies, and Foundation Worx was by far the most professional and most reasonable given the amount of work required.

It was okay. I need the full service. The gentleman told me that he was going to seek a partial refund from Angie's List but I never heard anything from him. It was a particular area. It was under the crawlspace where I had experienced some leaks. He was giving me advise with the leak. It  was just an inspection and he wrote up some suggestions referring to my filter. It was within the first year and certain hings were under warranty. As far as all the services that was part of the deal, that stuff wasn't used that's why he would request a partial refund. I'm not sure if he ever did that or not. He was professional, timely and provided me with the support that I needed to follow up with my filters. It was probably more than I needed. I should have requested an inspection as opposed to buying that packet of service. I don't recall any issues. I will use him again. I will just make sure that I knew exactly the services I needed.

The owner was quick to respond to my call and schedule a time for us to review the situation.  He was the third professional to assess the situation (prior ones were a general contactor and land scape designer).  He assessed the potential sources for the water and provide alternatives varying in costs.  He offered up solutions that I could perform on my own all the way to a comprehensive solution.  At his suggestion, as it was a relatively minor water problem, I choose the options that I could address on my own to see if they fixed the issue before more invasive solutions were pursued (e.g. re-grade the land next to the house, replace river stone bed with solid cement to move the water away, extend draining piping, etc.)

He solutions were truly how to solve the problem versus how to sell me his fixes.  I found it very refreshing and would definitely leverage the company again.

They did the job as promised and did a good job.  Positive recommendation.

We agreed on a time when he could come by and he arrived on time. He spent a good 45-min walking through the house, asking questions, and making his evaluation. At the end he said there really wasn't a problem and so there would not be a need for him to perform any work. He was really helpful answering questions and being a resource. I found him to be incredibly honest and trustworthy. If I were to ever need foundation repairs I would not hesitate contacting Jonathan and Foundationworx.

Contacted Jonathan of Foundation Worx about taking a look at some sagging floors in my home. Jonathan came over and evaluated the situation. He took some measurements with a floor laser in the kitchen. The floor was definitely not level. He then ventured into the crawl space to further a**** the foundation problem. It was determined that when the house was built some 55 years ago, the builder just didn't put enough support under the floor. Jonathan sent over a detailed proposal to correct the problem. After accepting the quote, Clint performed the work on the foundation. He jacked up the floor and installed sister joists and support posts to shore up the foundation. The floor is now in great shape and level for the first time in a long while! The folks at Foundation Worx are very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend these guys to friend. He came out, inspected the property and spent over an hour talking with me about my home.  The advice he gave me was sound and well reasoned.  He followed up after an earlier exchange and made everything right. I was so pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail.  I would recommend this company to a friend.  He is totally awesome.

It went like clock work - the first crew arrived at scheduled time. I was able to watch and ask as many questions as I wanted. They were very helpful and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Great group of people.

I hired FoundationsWorx to correct foundation defects identified in an inspection report. They did a great job. The repair work successfully stabilized the foundation and surrounding ground around my house.

Repairs were done well.  City inspector approved the work.  The contractor coordinated with our pest control company so new trenching with treatment with Termidor applied while flooring was removed.  I was shown the damage and  repair at each and every stage. All my questions were answered patiently and completely.  I would not hesitate to refer others to Foundation Worx, Inc.

He said there was nothing to worry and no work was needed at the present time.  He was trustworthy.  If I need service, I will contact them.

Foundation Worx was wonderful to work with.  The owner, Jonathan, kept all appointments on time, and explained everything thoroughly.  The pricing was transparent and competitive, and actually saved us money as he based it on actual footage drilled, versus requiring a minimum that might have been greater than what was needed.  The job required coordination with several trades, including concrete company and mason, and they communicated with them.  Foundation Worx accomodated many schedule changes due to weather and unforeseen complications,  When they excavated to install the garage pier, they discovered that the garage slab was lacking a footer (thank you, builder).  They came to us, explained the problem and the options, and rearranged their schedule to accomodate the delay while the concrete company installed the footer.  They then worked into the weekend to finish the job, so that the concrete could be poured on schedule the following week.  Their crew was the most polite, conscientious group of men that we have ever encountered, especially the foreman, Butch - who went out of his way to secure an additional plate to the new footer, since it was not poured exactly the way that he had requested.  This caused him an extra day's work and on a Saturday to boot.  If we ever need additional foundation work, this is the only company that we will call.

Foundation Worx did an outstanding job developing and implementing a solid solution for a very complex foundation and retaining wall issue we experienced. Jonathan McGuire spent a good amount of time with me both at my house and on several follow up phone calls working through a plan to correct our issues. He worked hard to stay with in my budget while maintaining the integrity of the solution. His team was professional and pleasant to deal with. They left the job site clean and finished the work on time. I would not only recommend them as a foundation company but as a model for other service companies to follow!

They had poor communication. They were delayed in the schedule. The work turned out good. My interaction with the provider was choppy and unsatisfactory.

The owner responded promptly to our call for an estimate and discussed several options. His crew arrived on the day we had agreed to and were very careful not to damage the lawn or shrubs that had to be temporarily removed. Everyone was courteous and very professional. We would definitely use them again.

The work turned out excellent! I worked closely with Jon Maguire and his assistant. They completed the work in the projected amount of time. They delivered what they promised.

Jonathan spent a great deal of time explaning multiple approaches and the benefits of each.  He is an awesome consultant.  He told me how to address my concerns simply, but using another type of professional service provider.  He was focused on making a happy customer ... even if it did not mean business to his firm in this instance.  I'd call on him again, and have every reason to believe he would do awesome work.
