The service was excellent. The technicians showed up on time and they were very courteous and professional. I did have a mishap where the bar did not set and dry well, but they came out the very next day and replaced it with some extra slabe and now it's perfect. I love my granite!

Mega did an excellent job! We were so pleased. First, they templated my countertops while I was at work. The templater called me to give me some options. My cabinets (that were 10 years old) were out of square on the back of my bar, and he made suggestions to help with the issue. Second, when the tops were installed I was very pleased with the results. My husband and I had torn out our countertops and cut down a bar top. (it wasn't that even because we don't do that normally LOL!). But when we came back after the install, they had fixed the uneven parts, and caulked the bar so you couldn't tell we had cut it. They were also very skilled with the seam. I had been worried about what it would look like, but in the end, it was very hard to find!. The tops are stunning and they did a beautiful job. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Mega.

On time for appointed time. Was early. Cleaned up thoroughly. Verly polite. Everyone from the person I worked with at the office to the installers were great. Would alway go back to them for any more work and I would recommend.

The selection and pricing was excellent. The finished installation was very high quality.
The only problem - responsiveness - was due to a plumbing sub-contractor's inital work, which MEGA GRANITE and MARBLE INC had a technical staff member repair to our satisfaction.

When I talked to Mega Granite and Marble Inc., they were very, very helpful. But I have had a little trouble getting in contact again with the sales rep, but overall, they've been great to work with.

They did a wonderful job. Very punctual and my granite is perfect in my bathroom and kitchen with no visible seams. The workers were very nice. They called and scheduled everything and were right on the money with everything.

The experience was great; they were really professional and I would highly recommend them. The guys came as a pair and I really liked their service. They are very efficient and they deliver what they promise. When I went to the showroom the gentleman was really helpful. Their prices are very competitive; I did not find anything any less expensive; if I did I did not trust their service; these guys are right in line, even a little lower. I would choose them for more than just the price and the quality of their work was great; there was nothing I had to have them come back and redo.

My experience with them was excellent. I have used them before, that's why I went back to them. They are very patient and they show us everything that they have. If they don't have something, they will try to find it for us. They are going to install my countertops on Monday. I have got one more bathroom, so I will use them again in the future.

Susan helped us through the whole process, discussing the options, etc. We happened to place our order during a special offer period; so we got the undermount sink at no additional cost plus 10% off. We selected the granite color and pattern family, then selected the exact slab that our kitchen counters would be cut from. The workmen were very good and quick at what they did - templating, delivery, and install. Minimum mess and fuss. We are very happy with the finished installation.

We picked out our granite early in the design process for our kitchen. Mega Granite put a "hold" on the granite we selected until we were ready for it, which we greatly appreciated. When the cabinets were being installed, we tentatively scheduled the day for them to come out to do the template (take the precise measurements of the tops of the cabinets) so when we were ready, they were ready. The next day, we were able to go to Mega (they were open late on Thursday, so my husband and I could both participate after work) to place the templates on our granite slabs to capture exactly the parts of the pattern we wanted for the island focal point and other areas. The countertops were ready in just a week, and the installers showed up on time and did a very careful job with the installation, which included applying a sealer which will last for at least a year. Re-sealing is not a big deal. We would recommend Mega Granite and our sales consultant, Lynne Ellerbee, to anyone who wants a good experience adding the granite touch of elegance to their home.

I visited their showroom and fabrication centre in Newnan Georgia - they were fantastic.

I worked with Kennie Rutland - she was very understanding - as I looked at lots of different alternatives, and spent many hours with her choosing each specific slab of granite - she was extremely helpful and PATIENT!!!! I would highly recommend speaking with her if you have any sort of granite or marble project.

The person who measured my counter tops for the template was extremely professional - as was the installation crew (they were meticulous about the job they did).

They were extremely professional, price-effective, combined with doing a sensational, high quality job. They went out of their way to deliver the job with a fast turnaround to meet my timetable. Well done - Mega Granite!

The entire process from start to finish was great. Every employee we came into contact with was professional and thorough from the estimation process, through the template, through to installation. Our calls were always answered promptly. The employees arriving on site at our home arrived within the scheduled appointment timeframe and in fact called 30 minutes in advance to let us know they were on their way. The install went smoothly and the clean up was great. I would not hesitate to use Mega Granite again!

They were actually early. They were incredibly courteous and I would highly recommend them. The interaction with the sales people in the office was wonderful. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. Their workers took their shoes off and were very careful not to damage my hardwood floors. They were very easy to work with.

We picked out the granite, but they probably won’t be coming in until in the middle of August. They were recommended to us and I went down there and picked out the granite. We would spend under $2,000 on that work. It was fine and the cabinet people I am working with are great and I really trust them and they work with this company. They weren’t overly solicitous or under solicitous and they were willing to help and they took me back and we looked at some granite slabs. Their pricing is similar to other granite places I have got estimates from.

Mega Granite and Marble did a wonderful job overall, but their customer service is awful. I called them three times to come back out to fix a few things and to take off some glue that had dried on the countertop and I was told that they didn't even have my paper work. I was very dissatisfied with their customer service department. I told the main guy that if he had the guys that did the actual labor working in his customer service office he would have a wonderful company.

Todd Lee, the sales representative for the company was extremely helpful in the selection process as well as coordinating the entire project and providing oversight during the installation process. Everyone at Mega Granite was totally focused on ensuring our complete satisfaction with the product and the installation. Mega Granite has just opened a showroom on Delk Industrial Boulevard in Marietta to serve customers on the north side of Atlanta. We are very pleased with the finished product.
