Wonderful toilets. I bought the Drake, which is the highest rated toilet in the land. And it deserves its rating. Also bought the ADA Dalton. Had some trouble with it not taking waste down. The toto rep in town looked at it and sent a plumber to analyze what was causing the problem. He decided there was sludge and concrete or mortar, we recently had the bathroom remodeled. He cleaned out the drain and now the Dalton also flushes powerfully. Now that's customer service! One caveat is that you have to find a plumber who knows how the Toto works. It is different from the others brands. It is probably why its quality is so high. But a plumber who isn't familiar with it may recommend something that will put it back down to the level of a more ordinary toilet.
