tony was hired to do a metal roof on my log cabin. Apparently he had never done one before. He told me he had insurance but always had an excuse not to supply me with an insurance certificate. Left at home in wifes car etc. Reluctantly I allowed him to tear off roof. It rained and flooded house because he didn't dry in properly. Afterwards Tony told me he had no insurance and to just sue him , which I did for 25k. He abandoned job completely leaving me to find and installer. I will renew my judgment after 21 years in 2026. He has not paid a single penny to my damages. My home owners refused to pay saying job was considered under construction. Tony has done nothing to attempt to make it right. BEWARE of this company

Tony abandoned the job, leaving me with 25k in damages. Did not dry-in the job properly, and when it rained, the home flooded! He abandoned the job completely, never had insurance, lied to me saying that he had insurance, I had to sue... I still have not been paid for all the damages.

I tried three other roofers before I contacted them. Two of them insisted i needed a new roof. My insurance would not cover this as there was no storm damage. The third one said I did not need a new roof but this company did not want to do the small job of repair. Pro Solutions agreed that a new roof was not needed. They sent me an estimate for the repair the next day and within a week they were there to do the repairs. After patching the hole I knew about and two others they found they washed the roof. When the job was complete the roof looked brand new and the patches were not noticeable from the ground. The cost was much less than a new roof would have been. I appreciate their honesty and the quality of their workmanship.

For roofing and gutter needs they are excellent, but for painting not so much. They did not match the stucco repair with the paint so our house looks like an amateur did the work. It looks like scars all around the house. Also, wherever paint was dropped it was left to dry. I was disappointed with the paint and repair.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry. They came out to fix my roof the next afternoon. I think the price was a bit high for what they did. And they also left a bag of roofing trash in my yard when they left. Rain was in the forecast and my roof was leaking so even though it was pricey I was happy for the fast service.
