Same as above. Very poor service, and the office staff was not concerned with my tenants needs and quality of life.

When I called them back to schedule the repair work, Jason Phelps made it very clear to me that I was to pay 50% of the money up front and that he would NOT sign a repair agreement. I was told by Jason Phelps and one of his staff members (in a separate conversation) that for the past 30 years, they have always demanded 50% up front from all their customers with no repair agreement executed. Jason Phelps' refusal to sign a repair agreement was all the proof I needed to hold on to my money and run the other direction as quickly as I could.
Currently, home owners insurance companies issue large dollar checks in two names and the mortgage lender requires the contractor provide a W9 and a waiver of lien. Hopefully you are familiar with My Loss Draft.com and the "new" rules and guidelines.

They are excellent. They stick to the quote. They clean up the mess and provide same day service.
