Service Provider Response
Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you again for reaching out and making us aware of the several issues pertaining to the exterior brick, cracked mortar, building challenges with the gutter end into the brick that is allowing water intrusion along your exterior wall. Based upon our first contact we sent an installer to your home as a courtesy as the home is no longer under warranty as the property has sold. We advised then that the measures we performed during the roof replacement would not solve the moisture issues associated with the exterior stone wall or gutter end leaking through the soffit. As a courtesy we temporarily caulked areas to try and alleviate the leak but advised why the exterior wall had water intrusion and the moisture present for extended period of time. We have visited the property and emailed you several times outlining what is wrong. If we can be of further assistance please contact our office.Service Provider Response
[member name removed], please accept our sincerest apologies. The person who normally handles service calls was out of the office the week you called in, and we had someone filling in. Your call never made it into the right hands, which is why you never received a return call. This is no excuse on our part, and we accept full responsibility for our oversight. We apologize for the miscommunication, and would like to do whatever we can to make this right for you. You will be receiving a call from one of our owners today.Ask for details
