Good communication, Careful Removal of old units and Installation of New units, Awesome clean up, fair price and accurate estimate. Only did what was necessary and didn’t try to sell us items we didn’t need. Very happy with products installed. Would definitely hire this company again!

After cleaning up the mess that evening, I returned home and signed into Angie's List to search for an AC repair service. I honestly hit the jackpot with Chris Evans!! I called Chris about 9am on Tuesday (7-26) and left a voicemail message. Within 5 minutes he called back and I describe the situation. Chris offered to come immediately if I needed him too or he could come by between 1:00-3:00 that afternoon. I decided the afternoon was just fine as he had other appointments that day as well. About 1:45 Chris called me and informed me he had hit traffic on his way to another appointment, but was on his way and would be there before 3:00 (and he was). When Chris arrived he came in the store and introduced himself. Chris was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. I showed him where the unit was and what had occurred. Chris immediately began looking the unit over to diagnose what was wrong. Chris's knowledge was evident. Chris knew what he was doing and showed the confidence I wanted to see in someone I needed help from that day. Before he began to repair anything, he came and got me, showed and explained what he believed the problem was, and what he wanted to do in order to fix it. After cleaning the coils of the unit, he installed a pee trap and vent in the drain pipe. After Chris made the repairs we turned the unit on and it worked perfectly! However, Chris didn't just leave then. He went outside and continued to check the coolant level and operation of the outside unit. After putting all his tools away and cleaning up after himself, he came in to settle the bill. Now this was the biggest surprise of all that day. I'm not going to list the specific price, but I was just praying it wasn't going to be more than $400. I could not have been more pleased by the VERY fair price Chris charged for the work he did. There is absolutely no doubt that will only ever call Chris Evans if I have and AC or heating questions or issues in the future. This is a young man that will have a long future in this business after what I experienced calling upon him in my emergency. Thank You Chris Evans...

Chris then replaced the fuse and tested some more. There were no more problems. While he was there I brought up a discussion about a de-humidity feature on my unit. Chris looked at the thermostat, downloaded the service manual and determined it had never been set up correctly. He spent a lot of time ensuring the proper set up and it now works like it should. No more musty smell on the basement!! Overall. Chris was very personable, thorough, and never seemed rushed. He then presented the bill which was for a one hour minimum service charge ( he was here much longer than that) and his cost on the fuses. I would and will highly recommend Chris Evans Air Conditioning to anyone that asks. This was my second service  call with Chris Evans Air Conditioning and the first was just as pleasant as this visit.

Chris is absolutely the best contractor that we've ever worked with! He is responsive, honest, and professional. He goes out of his way to help and we would recommend him to anyone needing service. We've used him for several service calls while patching a very old system, but definitely plan on using him for a new system soon. Wish every contractor was like him!
