It’s incredible that the plumber’s name is actually Best. We have used the service several times over many years for both of our properties and have had great satisfaction always. The plumber was referred by my employer who uses the service at the office and at his home. I too have recommended the service to friends and it truly is the BEST.

The service provided was awesomne. I called one day for a referral. Best Sewer and one other returned my call; however, why I chose Best Sewer was because Mr. Best never gave up on me. Thought he was trying to locate pipe leakage using camera or other leakage detecting device, but none of this, he did not even have camera or any other equipment with him. but offered the price to install the new pipe line and installation which I could not refuse. He did this within three to four hours to resume my running water without any further leakage. Thanks to Angies List !

The plumber called me immediately after I submitted the online service request and he arrived at my home within an hour. He was professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the drain obstruction. He also called an associate to inspect the sewer pipe with a camera. My only concerns are that the price for the camera inspection ($200) was a bit excessive considering the effort involved, and that he would not agree to submit an invoice to my condo association even though the problem was found to be in the common element. The price for the actual drain cleaning was reasonable, especially after the 10% discount offered on this site.
