Von & Aaron are wonderful young men. Their work is superb! They cleaned up very well throughout the process & answered all of my questions. We are so pleased with our new shower & would definitely recommend these guys !!

We had a jetted tub replaced by a beautiful walk in shower. Josh and Kamaine were very professional as installers. They ran into trouble on day 1 and called in every expert imaginable to make sure the job was completed perfectly. They did have to finish up on day 2 but I did not mind one single bit. They explained everything along the way, worked around my pool installers having to make accommodations to keep water running for them, and cleaned everything up, hauling away all the old tub and tile mess. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a safe place to shower (the tub we had was a fall hazard for my husband who recently suffered a stroke) or anyone who just wants to improve the asthetics of their home. Thank you West Shore! You all are awesome!!

I gave only 4stars for value because every thing is so expensive today, that being said it was a fantastic job that was done can not say enough about Cody V & Eric T. They did a fantastic job, was non stop until job was completed. Great job guys, I certainly would recommend this company to anyone needing these kind of services and would use them again. I could not love my shower more! We had some issues with the initial install and process and let them know. They were extremely empathetic and stood by their promise to ensure that we were satisfied customersâ and we are! The Customer Service Director (Mark West) was extremely kind, friendly and professional; he truly made us feel like we were valued customers and went over and above to make things right. Our sales person, Kyle, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The installers were also fantastic! Cody and his manager worked nonstop from just after 9am until 5:30pm making sure everything was done with excellence. We are delighted with the finished product and so thankful to everyone at Westshore who worked so hard to make things right with us! We are in process of painting, but still want to include photos of the awesome work these guys did! (Please just excuse the unpainted walls and spackle!) Nundall & Chandelle Carter Cartersville, GA

Von , Aaron, Cody , & Eric exceeded our expectations! They arrived on time and finished by the end of the day as advertised. Something was wrong with my pipes and it didnâ t phase them. They were exceptionally calm, cool and collected. They are worthy of a bonus!!! They were professional. Patient. and paid attention to details. I will follow up with them for future references!
