Prompt, efficient and thorough.

They sent a crew to hand dig around my foundation to stop water infiltration into my garage and the work was completely as advertised. This was a challenging project as they had to work and repair around a couple of tree stumps that were growing into the foundation in places. Generally a good job of cleanup at the end and my garage has been completely dry since they finished the work in spite of all the rain lately. I was worried as their bid was significantly lower than the others I received, but apparently that worry was unfounded. All in all, very happy with the work. The only minor complaint is that a little bit of the dry-in material is visible along the base of the garage, but my understanding is that I can trim that later once the soil resettles, so no big deal really.

Very prompt and efficient

These guys were great! Woody was at my house the day I called, and gave me an estimate for raising the corner of my driveway. Also, we have just moved into our home, and the previous owner had some type of water proofing system installed in our basement. We didn't know what it was or how it worked. He took the time to look at it, and explain how the system worked. I really appreciated how prompt and knowledgeable he and his crew were. My driveway was corrected as promised and it looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys know what they are doing! They give you a written estimate and it doesn't change. They give good advice and do prompt excellent work. They are easy to deal with and honest.

Prompt, courteous, and did what they came to do. No surprises and the concrete is fixed. The only reason they don't have 5 on quality is they had some issue with the equipment and there was mud everywhere including all over my house and in the pool. Looked like they had a hose break. They hosed everything off but like breaking a glass I am still finding remnants in places it shouldn't be.

Our front stoop had settled over 8 inches at one corner. Since it is relatively large, has a right angle, and 5 steps, I was sure it would break when lifted. Wrong! Weather-guard leveled it evenly, getting adequate grout support under each part uniformly. They took their time and did a great job. The clean-up was excellent, with no staining and no globs. At the end, the technicians even washed their shoes to prevent getting mud on the concrete. The closures were sponged clean while wet, leaving a flat surface. The technicians were polite and considerate, and said they did not mind if I watched (I love learning about stuff like this.), so I did watch the entire process. The technicians knew their jobs and worked like locomotives. It was very impressive. The salesman was prompt to the appointment, impressed me with his knowledge of the product and process, and bid a fair price. At the end of the job, this price was adhered to without argument.

Minimum $500 makes it a little pricey for a small job, but they did great work

Robert Duffy has many years of experience in this business and it showed. He recognized and addressed issues others didn't even mention. I am confident we now have a long-term solution to the problems we've experienced for years.

Robert was very prompt in all communications and was on-site multiple times on the day of the job. Great care was taken in moving shelves or items that were in the way, plastic was put up to minimize dust and clean up was great. The work was completed as promised, for a fair price and very professionally.

Very knowledgeable about proper retaining wall construction (replaced rail road ties with rail road ties) and the importance of properly routing water away from the house. In addition to replacing my retaining walls, they routed all my downspouts away from the foundation walls and caulked my driveway. They ended up doing my next door neighbor's retaining wall as well. Good job. We are pleased. We feel this wall will last another 20 years.

Weather Guard just finished and did a great job

In a word: OUTSTANDING!! This was a major - and I mean MAJOR - repair and stabilization project caused by and creating multiple issues with my pool and surrounding area. Robert Duffy and his team were excellent - professional, explained everything, very conscientious of their work, communicated regularly on progress and work schedule...can't say enough about them. Only time will tell whether the work done fixed the issues once and for all, but at this time I am confident that will be the case...

Not doing pressure grouting after talking with multiple contractors . Will more likely replace brick steps instead. Thanks, -Lytt

The work was completed as promised with a professional attitude and with courtesy and minimal disruption. The work site was clean after completion of the work.

Robert and Dave of Weatherguard were great to work with. I needed the job done quickly and the worked in the 100 degree heat to get it finished on my time frame. Their price was much more in line than the other compaines I looked at and are standing behind their work with a 1 yr. warranty. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

He was very nice and completed job as scheduled. only compliant: need to be a little more careful with plants around work area- destroyed a few plants but no big issue. needed replacing anyway.
