I received prompt service for quote. Upon completion of initial work I noticed a couple of items were missed. However, the issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved same day. I recommend this company for those who value customer focus and quality work ethics.

Friendly, professional service! The sales representative was helpful in determining the problem with our tree and recommendations. The crew showed up when expected, protected my lawn and property, removed the tree and completely cleaned up afterwards. Best experience Iâ ve ever had! They were super attentive to me and worked with me to get me over my worries/concerns about the work I was having done! Kevin was so nice.. this is a company I will use again and again.. tree crew was fantastic and very skilled! Cost was competitive too but service? Off the charts!

Top Tier Trees provided everything I was looking for. I've got quite a large tree canopy including 3 large oaks and a number of other trees. They'd gone unattended for years... We met for a review and an assessment. I was able to choose a plan that worked best for the trees while still fitting my budget. Within 2 weeks the work was done. I even received a follow up visit to review after the work was done. Exactly what my trees & I needed! Matt was super easy to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommend Top Tier Trees!

While I'm not a fan of removing trees, we had a magnolia that was starting to cause foundation issues. Top Tier had already done work for multiple neighbors so we decided to check them out. Prices are comparable to other companies in the area however they had the quickest turn around time after the quote. The quality and speed of the removal was great, and the day after the stump removal was completed. They were willing to leave behind a bunch of mulch too which we needed for various projects. If I'm really trying to find a complaint, the communication about arrival was a little off. They showed up earlier than they said, if you can really count that as a negative...

Top Tier Trees came out and quickly provided a quote. Later that evening the tree to be removed had a large limb fall due to bad weather. Understanding our concern with safety on the remaining tree, they were able to get out quickly after receiving the permit from the city to remove the tree. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Will utilize Top Tier Trees again!

Owner came out to make sure all was in order and confirmed all would be done in an expedient manner and with great care . Job was completed on time and the end result looks great. I had the â Black Crewâ from Top Tier Tree for tree service (cutting some trees and trimming some trees). The crew lead was so effectively guiding his crew members while he was also working on the challenging tasks . They did a wonderful job for the tree service and completely cleaned up the work site before they left. I will certainly use them again if needs arise.

Top Tier trees took down 5 trees for me and grinded 5 stumps. Matthew, the sales rep, Mauricio's green crew and Nester's Bronze crew were great. They came in, did the job quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. They even went above and beyond to make the sure the cut it really low so I could not see it. They were reasonably priced and high quality and professional team. My yard was tricky and even with the equipment and the large crew they did not damage any of my lawn.

Phenomenal

There were three trees that needed to be cut/trimmed. After all the conversations, all requested jobs were completed now to my satisfaction. I'm happy and both of our neighbors are happy, too.
