It went GREAT!  I had previously self-installed OTA antenna and hardware with mixed success.  Ed is a master at optimizing OTA reception; I should have called SATPRO months ago and avoided the frustration.  I went from 12 stations (many of which were marginal) to 52 free OTA channels.

I can't say enough positive things about Ed and the service he provided. Ed installed an antenna replacing an unused satellite dish on my roof. He assured that a good signal came through on two televisions, including one with TiVo. In addition, Ed took the time to adjust the settings on my TVs and demonstrate a variety of web sites. Great job! I would highly recommend.

esponded My daughter and I ditched cable a couple of years ago and installed a small omnidirectional TV antenna (on the roof - mast attached to chimney - yes, we did it ourselves).  Recently, the antenna started giving up the ghost: channels were dropping out and the ones that were left were pixilating pretty badly.  I searched online and found SATPRO Atlanta - and searched Angie's List for reviews.  SATPRO was the only company I could find that installs antennas in the Atlanta area.  I emailed Ed who promptly responded.  He researched our address and provided recommendations and a very reasonable cost estimate.  This step is very important - not every site is suitable for good reception and Ed will tell you the truth about your location's capabilities and what to expect.  As it turned out, our site was good so we set up a date and time for the installation.  Ed was right on time, took down the old set up and installed the new antenna - between the installation and taking the time to talk with us, time on site was about 2 1/2 hours.  Once again, we have free TV - only so much better than before - lots of very clear channels!!!  Ed is extremely knowledgeable, really personable, funny, and plain fabulous (we had a great chat!); and he made sure everything was working exactly right before he left.  I highly recommend SATPRO Atlanta if you're looking to ditch cable.

I contacted the company and left a message.  Ed, the owner returned my call and explained my options.  We set an appointment for the following afternoon (2:00PM)  He showed up on time and set up a temporary antenna.  The channels recieved were perfect with excellent definition and color.  He mounted the antenna, then went to where the TV junction box was located,  He labeled all the room leads then re-checked the reception in each room.  He added a new junction block as well as a signal amplfier.  He scanned the tuners on all 4 TV's and made sure we were pleased.  Outstanding!  I now have HDTV with about 60+ channels in clear, crisp, quality for a ONE time charge of $530.00. No cable, No channel box, and NO MONTHLY CHARGES.  One other suprise, the original quote from Ed was $600.00.  I love it when a plan comes together.

Took several days for a return phone call and ema requesting info, and then said I had to visit a site to get on his list and wait another few days for contact...didn't seem interested in my business...

Ed's response to my email inquiry was very prompt. The weather didn't allow an immediate appointment, but he came pretty soon when is was above freezing and not raining. He is very knowledgable about how transmitters and antennas work, and he know all the channels and how strong they should be. To make sure we weren't wasting our time, he connected the antenna through the front door and got a general idea of the situation. Then after the antenna was up, he fine tuned it to get the best possible signal. He checked every TV to make sure, and he even reset my Tivo. Before he left he showed me how to get all manner of TV shows on the computer, and explained how Google Chromecast works. The whole installation took a little over 3 hours.

Ed is a first rate professional who cares about doing the best job possible. Because of our location, I didn't have the highest hopes for reception. But Ed spent a lot of time on the roof to find the best possible positioning. The results are better than I'd hoped for.

I contacted the company via email and received a detailed response from Ed. He let me know that he might be able to fit me in the next week. He contacted me the day before and we agreed to a 2:00 pm appointment. Ed arrived a few minutes early and obviously had done some research into my location as to the possibility of receiving over-the-air broadcasts. He started by checking the location of the TVs and the wiring already in the house and then placing an antenna on the roof temporarily to determine if we would get any reception. After that Ed checked the signal strength for different stations as well as different locations of the antenna. He explained each step as he went along. Then he installed the antenna in the optimum position, with consideration of how it would look from the street. He explained how the cable would be run down to the cable box and would not be noticeable on the roof or the house. Then he made sure all 3 TVs were connected properly and tuned. I was extremely pleased with Ed's professionalism and the quality of the work performed.

Ed Carson was our contact and he arrived today at the time he promised.  My husband and I wanted an antenna installed on our roof just for network access.  When Ed arrived he pointed out that we didn't have cable installed anywhere in the house and that he needed it to get the job done.  However, instead of charging us a call out and leaving, Ed found a way to bring cable into the home in a very inconspicuous way at no additional charge.  He then began to show me all the channels we would receive through the new antenna and although I told him repeatedly that we only cared about the networks, he wouldn't rest until every single channel came in beautifully.  This quality control took him to the roof a number of times in severe heat and he never complained once.  He was here for over three hours and performed his work so carefully and thoroughly.  Ed really exceeded our expectations.  We now have over 70 channels, many in beautiful HD with an excellent signal to nearly all of them for a one-time fee of $369.  I would highly recommend Ed for his committment to quality and the price vs. a competitor's package can't be beat for a family on a budget!

After having DirectTV tell me that I couldn't get line of sight to the satellite, I contacted Ed at SatPro after finding him online and reading several reviews. Ed was an absolute please to work with. He came out to assess the situation the same day that I called him and said that he coud do the work and get DirectTV installed.He got my order placed quickly and within a few days he was back out to install the dish on my house and get everything hooked up for the four televisions. Despite a challenging installation, he had everything done within about 3 hours. He was willing to take the extra steps necessary to make a life long fan and was incredibly friendly and supportive through the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough.

I filled out the online contact form and Ed returned the call the same day. A next day service appointment was scheduled. Ed arrived promptly, ready to get to work. He was very professional, yet friendly. We discussed the job and agreed on a price. ($99 service call plus $100 for the cabling that needed to be done.) Our DirecTV system was originally installed with the dish on the roof on the back of the house, with the exterior cable running alongside the chimney. I understand this is a common installation. A deck and screen porch addition were added later, leaving the cable in place, sealing/flashing the opening as much as possible. Over time, water seeped in through that spot, causing minor damage to the outer corner of the chimney in one location. Simply put, the cable had to be moved so we could close up the hole where the water was getting in. Ed relocated the cable, mirroring an installation done by another installer when we'd upgraded to HDTV. He also adjusted the dish, so that we now receive a stronger signal. It must have been 100 degrees outside today. The back of our home is 3 stories high. Ed was up there in the heat running new cable very methodically and carefully. He cleaned up all of the debris and did a nice neat installation. He also checked to make sure everything was satisfactory before he left. I will definitely call him again for my satellite television needs.
