Within minutes of my online inquiry I received a phone call from Dante to discuss exactly what I wanted. He was professional and friendly. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call from Ken. He was early and wanted to know if that would be convenient. He was also professional and friendly. Dante is very knowlegdable and gives a true asessment of where the oroject is and where you want to go with it. He recommends things that would help your vision . My basement spund system blows everyone away that hears it. He recommended the Sonos, and boy am I glad I trusted him..Do yourself a favor and hire spmeone who knows the engineering as well as the functionalty of audiovisuals.

Technician "Ken" was on time and did a great job of putting the TV up on the wall. He was helpful in making all connections and demonstrating that all worked well. He was personable, helpful and professional. Good experience for us. He also cleaned up after finishing the job.

First of all, these ratings are supposed to be all 10s. If not, it is because Home Advisors has incorrectly labeled these rating buttons for accessibility purposes with a screen reader. Dante and Keaton (hope I spelled it right) were both awesome. Dante came out on Sunday, listened patiently to my ramblings about what I wanted done, made suggestions, and made it happen. We had a beastly time getting the financing to go through, but that was purely on the part of the financing company! Two days later, Dante and Keaton are back at my place and spending three hours getting everything installed, set up properly, programmed correctly, and making sure I knew exactly how to access all components and that everything was talking to me with the home assistant. Both of these guys are top notch. You couldn't find anyone more knowledgeable or personable to install your electronics. Look no further ,but give these guys a call. You will not be disappointed.

Installer was on time and brought the appropriate tools and equipment. He installed my TV over the fireplace as requested and was efficient and knowledgeable. He even cleaned the TV before handing it.
