This company is running a scam. I was told that I had either squirrels or rats in my attic. I had them come out and they sanitized it (so they say) and added insolation. Then all except one guy left and I noticed they didn't bother filling in the hole in which the "animals" were entering my attic. He said he would call a coworker to come back out. Nobody came. I called the main office and the original Orkin guy who came out. Nobody answered. Finally one guy came back to fix the hole and I asked if there was any animal activity, he said there was not and the hole was just a small water damage hole. Soooo, I paid for "animals" that didn't exist and for a crew to leave without doing the work. Do not use this company.

The actual service was fine, but the process was disorganized. They came out to do the work on a day they were not scheduled. They had to come out twice to bring my paperwork. I have a termite contract with them, but I won't do any other business with them.

They always called last minute to tell me they were coming over. The tech who came I always had to remind him to take off his shoes, and would leave dirty hand prints on the walls. It was just bad service over all.

I would give them C on bug control. We called them to treat the bugs. They didn’t do adequate job inside the house. I would not use them in the future.

IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM, AND WORK IT OUT. THE PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH FOR A MONTHLY FEE.

THE INSTALLATION AND SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE SCHEDULING WAS SOMEWHAT FRUSTRATING. WE SCHEDULED A TIME, AND THE GUY CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD COME LATER.
