+ -1 moreHe damaged my house. He left visible staples on the door frame that he installed. He deliberately cut the corner molding in half so that they cannot be used. He deliberately scratched my hard wood flooring with a box cutting. He charged me by the hour and took five hours longer than the job should have taken.
Description of Work: He attempted to replace some baseboards and he damaged the house.

+ 3 moreHe is really good! He is very professionally dressed and is ALWAYS on time. He is extremely organized- I am in awe of his vehicle! He has every tool that you could possibly need. He is not cheap, but he is worth every penny!
Description of Work: Over the course of 2 years, he has done the following: He built a little roof over my AC unit, drywall repair, put dimmer switches in all of my rooms, installed digital exterior light switches, built new interior closets for me, continual upkeep on areas of my home, has done some minor plumbing and electrical, and put interior lighting in my crawlspace.

+ 0 moreI CAN'T IMAGINE FINDING ANYONE BETTER. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY FILL UP THE HOUR THAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL AND VERY POLITE AND HONEST.
