Georgia Roof Advisors

After reviewing several companies I decided to use Georgia Roof Advisors when my house needed a new roof. Their representative Shawn took the time to guide me through the process and provided his years of knowledge to answer all of my questions, specifically to a roof leak that I had multiple companies come and unsuccessfully attempt to repair. On the day of installation, Shawn, Chase, and the owner James were here with the crew making sure every detail was attended to and went smoothly. The crew worked hard and installed my entire large roof within ten hours. They cleaned up all of the old debris and left the site as clean as they began. I could not be more satisfied of the work and experience of this installation. I would highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for anyone who is searching for a company to either repair or install a new roof.

When it was time to replace my roof, I called four different roofing companies to get quotes. But just as important, I pay attention to what each salesman says and does. I have to know if this is a company I want to do business with. Of the four companies, I choose Georgia Roof Advisors. I felt they would do a good job and stand behind their work. I was not disappointed. After some discussion on what would be done, I agreed, and the roofing crew showed up a week later. The job was completed in one day, and the clean up afterwards was great. I did have an issue with one of the installed vent turbine's not working properly, but the company promised to install a new one, which they did. I can't say enough good things about Georgia Roof Advisors. A customer driven company, they have always responded to my calls and questions. Of special note, I want to thank Darrell Sweat, Senior Project Manager, and RJ De La Fuente, who helped me through the whole process.

I am a complainer by nature and try as I might, I can’t find a single thing to whine about here. It is as if we went back in time to when people showed up when they said that they would, dealt with us honestly, charged us a fair price, and completed the work as scheduled, and did everything that was promised. Thank you very much for restoring my faith in contractors! Do you all do plumbing, lol?

I saw a roof that they replaced and the owners were very happy with the results so I got their contact information. I got 3 quotes and GRA was about the same price but they were so responsive I went with them. They were on time, prepared, efficient, and amazed me when they covered everything around the house with a blue tarp to catch the debris and nails. On-site supervisor the entire time. Done in a day. Just had a second house roof installed. Great service again. Once again Georgia Roof Advisors staff, RJ and Darrel, came to my rescue and corrected a major problem that another contractor created when the bathrooms were remodeled. They checked the roof for me and discovered 2 vents glued and not placed under the shingles and fixed this immediately. This is such a professional group!

These guys were great. It was 5pm and raining and a branch came crashing through my husbands office. Waster was pouring in and we were in a bit of a panic. We called Ga Roof Advisors and James was there within 2 hours to patch the roof. (Lifesaver!) The next day they came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair the damage. I highly recommend them!

Very well. Ga Roof Advisors did a great job. They were very professional. They had all pertinent information on their company, including well documented referrals, all appropriate insurance certificates, and information on the home owners insurance companies that they have worked with. I would highly recommend them for any roof related issues you may have.
