Did a good job on the tile but installed the sliding shower door incorrectly and were painful / unprofessional in getting it fixed

"We did not install your shower door. We do not offer such service. I came by when you called me back because you claimed the door was touching the tile at some point. In fact the door was not touching the tile. The door you had installed is a generic/universal door from home depot and those never fit 100%. Thank you for using our services."

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace - For Business
The contractor and staff were very polite. The price we received was not the lowest but was on the lower end of the quotes we received. They finished the job on time. We had a disagreement over trim work. At the beginning of the job, he suggested some specific trim work and we agreed. At the end of the project, he claimed it was not what they do. That was never resolved. Our front and garage doors were continuously left open which made our house get warm and allowed flying insects inside. They did not sweep up the new flooring after the job was completed. We felt as though they were rushing on to their next job instead of finishing as they should. It was not an awful job but nor was it great. I would say satisfactory or passable but still a bit disappointing.

"HI, Richard Project was completed!. We have been in contact multiple times. I explained to you that the tile you purchased is too fragile and will not cut the 1/2" inch piece of tile base underneath the vanity without it breaking apart. I explained that the solution would be to put a wood trim. I don't work with wood trim on vanities and that is what got you upset!. I apologize that you aren't completely satisfied with the project but it is beyond my control which type of tile you purchase when I am only offering you the labor."

Great quality work at a fair price. We are very happy with our shower and bath tile project. We had some plumbing that had to be done and Raphael helped us find a plumber to resolve all issues at a reasonable price and not delaying the project. Highly recommended.

Quality of work, cost effective, reliable. We contracted Floors & Beyond for 850 SF of LVT install, including some carpet removal and leveling 350SF. The price was very reasonable, and Raphael committed to it. No beating around the bush, no last minute additional cost. Raphael leads a team of true pros, who get the job done neatly, and in a timely manner. Extra points for Raphael's communication (very polite, knowledgeable and responsive), being on time, picking up our material from the seller, and for helping me fine tuning my material order and save money. I don't leave often reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve it.

Rafael assigned one of his best men to get me out of a crunch; I needed flooring laid in one bedroom within 24 hours! He and his excellent employee were wonderful. They got the job done and it was just perfect. My room was completed and cleaned up within 6 hours sharp! What a wonderful company!

Rafael Silva and his crew are Top Notch professionals. Punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and hard working. I had (2) other quotes that where ridiculous. Both of the other contractors rescheduled the initial visits, after waiting for a return call when I posted the job request. Mr. Silva called me, immediately, and lived up to my expectations from the beginning til the end of the project. He consulted me, before doing anything that may have been in question.
