Not good. Just had to pay them because they said they would start charging me late penalties.

On time and at cost of $650. Leak fixed.

Outstanding. They came out, evaluated the concern as well as the rest of the roof, and let me know that I did not have an issue and that the roof was good for several more years. We will definitely be calling them again when the roof does need to be changed.

Two words...horrible and stressful. It started with the crew not showing up on the schedule date and was a downward spiral from there. When the crew did show, they were sloppy (imagine caulk spilled all over your driveway), vandals (I watched as one of the crew repeatedly threw a knife in my tree), hazardous (allowed their wife to sit on the roof while they worked), unethical (had a child working), and unqualified (roof was in horrible condition). When I saw these issues and escalated my concerns, I was blown off by their office staff and told I was overreacting. When It seemed that the roof would not be done on time, I would ask for updates and get incorrect timelines. When I continued to press about my concerns, they finally sent a person out who said the roof was "not the best, but not the worst one they had done." When I requested a different crew, I was told that it was this crew or nothing. I was also told if I refused to let that crew work on my roof that I would assume all liability if it rained. After 4 days (original timeline was 2 days), the crew was not done and my roof looked horrible. Ridge vents were buckling, decking was broken and shingled over, and shingles were clearly not aligned properly. When the roofing company FINALLY sent a different crew to complete the work, they referred to it as a "NIGHTMARE". They had to remove everything the prior crew had done, and then repair damage they caused (800 linear feet of decking). This took another 5 days to complete. After all of this pain, frustration, incompetence, and stress, all they offered was a lousy $500 off. Seriously disappointed on all fronts of this experience, I will never recommend them to anyone ever!

They were not the cheapest, that's for sure. They did a good job. They basically did the work as quoted, they came in as scheduled, and the cost came out to what they said it would. It took them about a week to complete.

I would say from a customer standing that they showed up as scheduled, did the job efficiently as expected and overall were very consistent. That’s probably what stood out.

The roof repair was done well for the most part. The pricing was fair. I also had a leak around my chimney. I had to follow-up with the Findlay rep 3 times to setup my roof repair. After the roof repair was done, I reached out several times to the person who did the roof repairs to see when they could fix my leak. They always said they'd respond back about availability but never did. I actually wanted to give Findlay the business, but if you can't respond to requests then I can't use your services.

Amazing. From the estimate all the way to clean up. I have not found ANY roofing nails and I have looked vigorously because I have outside animals. The workmanship, quality, and dedication these guys have shown is outstanding. Originally my home was to be done in 1 day, however, due to damaged plywood, and the very strong winds and cold weather we were having it pushed it into 3 days. These guys started my home Friday, then worked on Saturday, and finished on Sunday. Communication was beyond professional. I highly recommend Findlay/RoofRoof My brother referred me to Findlay/RoofRoof and I told them and they give a $100 referral bonus to him, so that was just another perk.

At least 4 people came out to complete the service. They got it done quickly, efficiently, and I haven't had any problems with the roof since they put it on. That's good for me.

This project went very well and was over quickly. Findlay's office staff did a top-notch job dealing with me, a very detail-oriented person who asked many questions and bombarded them with long e-mails and numerous telephone calls along the way. My calls were always returned immediately, as were my e-mails. I was kept informed at all times, workers showed up exactly when they were expected, and they came prepared. Adequate man-power to get the job done was simply never an issue. In conclusion, this job just completed so I cannot really comment on the quality of work performed as ... it hasn't rained yet. My assumption is that my new roofs (house plus garage) will be water-tight for years and that my gutters and covers will perform well for years. If not, I can only assume from my experience with Findlay roofing to date that they will be right back at my house again to take care of any problems immediately. Simply put, and so far anyway, a truly great experience from start to finish. Thank you Findlay Roofing!

The work appeared good to me, the tech was very professional and friendly, and was excellent at describing the problem and the solution to the problem. It took a little over an hour to complete. To me, the cost seemed a little high for the amount of labor and the materials used, but I am not familiar with this type of work. I have used Findlay in the past to install gutters and was pleased, and was also generally pleased with today's services, so I would hire again. The next time, though, I will compare the estimate with other companies and independent contractors before proceeding. This time I moved forward quickly because it had been a long standing problem and I wanted it to be dealt with promptly.

The entire process from salesman, office support and installation went much more smoothly than I ever anticipated of a roof replacement. This is the third roof replacement we have been through over the years and there is no comparison in the overall experience with the previous companies. I highly recommend Findlay.

Work was postponed due to bad weather, otherwise there were no problems. The crew arrived on time, the work was completed over a 2-day period. Cleanup was thorough, as if they weren't even there. The office staff kept us updated in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the work.

Sean inspected the roof on my rental property that I have owned since 2007. Found that the roof was in excellent condition. He pointed out things that I could do to prevent damage. Did not attempt to sell any repairs. Very personable and professional. NO CHARGE!
