They did a great job. The actual roofers were very open to questions and concerns and did wonderful work. The office was very responsive and promptly addressed any concerns we had.

Crew was on time, even early(6am) and in spite of some rain they got the job done in one day. Very polite and friendly bunch. Roof looks great and I can already see a difference in how the air conditioner keeps the house cooler with the addition of the ridge vents. The crew was very diligent in replacing damaged wood and even managed to get the satellite dish back in the proposition with no loss of TV. Excellent clean up as well. Findlay was very competitive in price to other quotes especially considering their reputation for quality. Very satisfied customer.

They showed up on time and finished early in one day. The roof looks great and they cleaned up all of the areas. I will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately the wrong shingle color was used. They did work with us though

John Roberts showed up on time, diagnosed problem, said it fell under the minimum charge & I authorized him to do it. Work went great & he fixed a couple other things as well. Previous repair was not done well by someone else was done well & leaked showed up.

Findlay was great to work with ... from quote to completion. They communicated well, followed up promptly to all requests, and were extremely punctual ... Hit all dates as promised and worked quickly once started. Clean up was awesome and the roof looks terrific! We also had Findlay replace our gutter system.

Findlay did the job when they said thwy would for how much they said they would. They identified wind damage a competitive quote missed. They came in at the lowest price for the job. They even met with my insurance adjuster when he took a look at my claim. They seem to have their act together, I highly recommend them!

Excellent. These were jobs on rental properties that I manage. All work was done professionally, on time, and up to my expectations. Responsiveness to any questions or concerns was very prompt. Tony, Matt, Fred and Bob were great to work with; if they said it, it would be done! The office staff are also to be commended for their good work. No doubt we will use again if the need arises.

As a well informed consumer and I received 5 official roof replacement quotes. The Irma storm caused water intrusion and insurance claim included roof replacement. I selected Findlay roofing and main reasons are below: 1) they are an Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractors (top tier) 2) They offer 10 year no leak warranty 3) What set them apart is they replace all existing flashing (on my brick veneered home). The other contractors are all highly rated but they do not automatically replace the old flashing as their routine practice; or upon request, if they do, they charge at least $1200 more. Installing new flashing along brick walls is tricky and might require cutting grooves with a masonry saw to attach new flashing pieces. Basically Findlay did it and their overall pricing is competitve. Although it was just a 25 Square roof job, the 5+ people crew worked full day on day 1 and 2 people crew spent a significant time the following day to finish up the details and a few areas first day did not get to. I feel good about this as they took their time. Any time a question is asked, the crew will explain how things are done. I requested a QA person to QA the job a couple of days after the job. I pointed out a few areas to be corrected: a down sprout was bent, and paint on new flashing need touch up and some plastic film pieces left on roof here and there and not all nails picked up. The QA person was Mike and he is excellent. He spent time to document the areas and was very educational in his answers. The repair crew came on a day I was not here and 1 month later, I noted our downspout was disconnected from the top. This was never the case in 13 years home ownership and it was on the down sprout they tried to fix. So I requested again for somebody to address this before rainy days. This did take a while to finally have the resources to commit to come. I did have at least 1 day seeing rain water pouring down from the gutter without the down sprout channel the water away from the house. However at the end I am satisfied. This time they sent Mike back. He addressed any pending concerns including the down spout. He climbed up on various planes on the roof where there are a bit of small pieces that need to be cleaned up and also near the hot water penetration he addressed where the shingle seemed to be flapping up a bit. The invoice has no surprises. All the necessary communications from sales, to office was properly and efficiently conducted. I feel I've made a good decision to select Findlay.

We wanted to go with someone who had a good record and warranty.

Crew delayed by a day getting to job. Once started, it was completed same day. Roof looks great. MANY (more than 30) nails left in lawn, several on driveway. I stepped on one string of nails used in nail gun on lawn...was glad I wasn't barefooted.

They control the conversation. They do one thing and do it well. They do not respond or handle work requests out of the norm or no matter how much you think it could be done within the scope of the work. They have a large volume of work to do and the faster they can get in and out the better. Estimate visit is fast and I got the feeling me being present to all questions was a bother and a nuisance. Although wood sofit and eaves needed repair the gutters had to come off and their new gutters installed. No discussions. Fortunately price of job, gutter removal, wood repair, new gutter install was reasonable.

Four months later we are very pleased. Professional estimate by a qualified person, timely follow up, arrived on time, finished on time. We had a roof replaced many years ago on our New Jersey home at the time so this is not our first rodeo. Cheers, Robert K

The roof replacement went well. There were a couple of minor issues that had to be corrected (some shingles were crooked and one piece of flashing came loose) but they came out right away to correct the issue both times at no additional cost.

The crew was professional and quick.

Roof was completed in 1 day as promised despite rain showers at noon. Left yard clear of debris. Carpenters came as scheduled and completed their job. We are having to call them back out to repair some damage to the roof they did.

Ethical and punctual. Will use them agin when it's time for a new roof.

The price wasn't a huge bargain, but was in line or cheaper than several companies. The work was completed quickly. I had a few issues. The roofers decided they needed the Directv dish mounted on my roof more than I did, and they tried to take it with them. When sailing old shingles off the roof, they sliced through one of my window screens. On both sides of a chimney, they incorrectly re-installed guttering which allowed water to damage the soffit and fascia (on both sides).

Ten workers arrived at 6:57 a.m. and began to remove the old roofing. Five stayed on the ground and five were on the roof. It moved like a well-oiled machine. EVERY detail Chris had mentioned was done exactly as promised. They left at 8:00 with no evidence they had ever been there! They also offered an option of placing the cost on a credit card!

On time, took care of my plants and did a great job.

Shane gave a great estimate and noticed wind/hail damage and them came back to meet with the insurance adjuster. Work was done on time and yard was cleaned well afterwards. Very happy with the company and the services
