Coolray has been servicing our units from the time we moved to Cumming until now. We have been dealing with Bobby Loebl on planning for replacing two of the units in the coming years. Bobby came out to our home, took the time to show us multiple options, and answered all of our questions to satisfaction. He could not have been more professional about the planning and quoting stages. I highly recommend Bobby if you need a quote and the differences in pricing and capabilities. He makes the process seem easy to understand, and his experience with the business also makes us trust him implicitly. If you have a need for an HVAC unit, or any work done. Excellent customer service! Matthew arrived at my home the same day I called and quickly assessed the cause and source of the water leak. He was able to repair it the same day and also evaluated a leak in my shower and repaired that as well. I appreciate his professionalism.

Ethan did a great job checking all the plumbing and gave me an estimate to replace 3 faucets that are original to the home (1986!) One has a leak and one has no drain-stopper (it got stuck in the closed position and had to be removed) Will definitely use them in the near future for the work.
