"thanks for the review"
"Thanks for the reveiw"
"Thanks for the great review, I enjoyed meeting with you and helping you come up with a plan."
The service that was provided was excellent and definitely worth the money. Mary Jo was very helpful and gave me a lot of ideas.

"Thank you for the review. They were looking for furniture and I did not have the right choice for them."
I received an e-mail on Nov. 13 that reiterated the company had never done just a bath reno for under $18K, and that all dollars should be spent on this project. Only design details that were included stated that a less expensive granite would be used and beadboard paneling would be eliminated to get the quote under budget. No spec sheet or structured design statement was attached; the e-mail stated the company would need to know that we were comfortable in moving forward on the one project for the specified price before further work would be done. The e-mail stated that the company had already put in 10 hours on the project. I replied via e-mail that we were rethinking our project scope, and thanked Cooper's Creations for its time.
In retrospect, if the two projects were not feasible for the dollar cap specified at time of consult, we should have shook hands and parted ways at that point in time.
"Thanks for the review!"
In the end there were some good ideas.
"Thank you for the review, I just returned from the furniture market and now have a lower priced upholstery company that I am able to support, I do not carry low priced upholstery pieces that are made over seas. I care more about my clients health. If I would not place it in my home, I would not do that to someone else. The new company I have taken on is still made in the USA but at a lower price point, so you do not get all the extra bells and whistles but it will fill the gap for the client that does not want the mid to higher end furniture."
We could not have been more impressed with the design process, their professionalism, communication and the final result. The planning process was extensive and Mary Jo spent a LOT of time working with us to make sure we understood all of our options and her recommendations. The time spent in the planning and design process meant that we had very few changes as the project proceeded. Rodney is a perfectionist and the workmanship is outstanding.
During the project, Rodney discovered that there was moisture coming in from our deck (the builder essentially did not use flashing and water had been coming into the wall for years). Also, he discovered that our water heater was leaking (which we were not aware of). In both of these instances, Mary Jo and Rodney told us and showed us what they discovered and provided us options on how to resolve these issues.
Without his attention to detail, we would not have known about the moisture problem with the wall. Rodney's repair to the wall looks perfect.
The project started exactly when they said they would, completed a week earlier than they scheduled, and despite the two additional projects (the water heater replacement and the wall and deck repair) came in exactly on budget. Their communication was excellent, the workmanship outstanding and we are extremely pleased with the final result. During the construction process, they cleaned up every day, met every commitment and were a delight to work with. They took the time to explain all of our options and the design was perfect.
"[member name removed] Thank you for your review. Mary Jo and I strive to have this level of satisfaction with our clients. It was our pleasure to help you guys on this project the size and scope of which took a great deal of planning and your patience with us in the planning stage was appreciated. We can not take all the credit you guys were on the mark with your side of the preparations and truly a pleasure to do business with. Remodel projects of this size do benefit greatly from a symbiotic relationship when the homeowners and the contractors are going to be spending this much time together. Unlike new construction where the contractors are working on a vacant house care and respect should be given so that the homeowners do not feel like running away and joining the circus. Thank you again Rodney Cooper"
