After my key got locked in my car, they assured be they could get it open and that I wouldn't have to call a locksmith. BIG MISTAKE. The used some crazy tool to try and pry the lock open, broke my door handle and then would assume any responsibility for any of at all. Talk about no integrity !

My car was starting to smell because I had stepped in some dog waste and gotten into the car without noticing it. I took the car to CarSpa on a cold morning (in the 20s). They shampooed the carpets and seats and threw in a car wash for free. Everything went well. The car smells nice now and is much cleaner, though a couple of stains on the rear seats weren't removed by their cleaning process.
